Good food, attentive service, nice atmosphere, solid restaurant!

This place is gimmick-free and unpretentious in attitude, and just serves good food. We had dinner for 5 and each of us ordered something different, but shared. All dishes were excellent. The mozzarella and tomato salad and calamari salads for starters were both lovely. While the place is most... read more

We went on a Wednesday evening and the place was very busy. We had a reservation and were taken right to our table. Sebastian was our server and took great care of our table. We had the Chicken Schnitzel and Steak Tartar. Both were excellent. There are indoor and outdoor tables and it is a great neighborhood restaurant.

Came here for lunch and brunch on Saturday. I like the pasta with chicken liver a lot. The schnitzel was also tasty. The place is almost always full so wise to make a booking in advance.

I'm new to Tel Aviv and I was told this was the place to go to get a schnitzel. I decided to get the traditional pork schnitzel (mind you this is Israel and the schnitzel will typically be chicken; this is one of the few places that will serve pork). It was delicious. Served with a choice of mashed potatoes... More

We've been to Cafe Noir for breakfast once or even twice, and enjoyed it. But this was the first time we went there for dinner. First I must note, that their service was great, and the food arrived really fast, even before we finished starters. Pork schnitzel was nice, and risotto with mushrooms was very interesting. For dessert we ordered... More

To my recommendations my sister booked a table to celebrate birthday with her family. Table was not ready when they got there on time. They were told it will take minutes. After 10 min (!!!) Of wait another family arrived and were directed to a table at once. Nobody thought of offering them the table first, nobody offered them even... More

Solid food, nice service. Had brunch, dinner and desert here in 3 visits over the course of a week in Tel Aviv. Was convenient to hotel, but also offered very good food and service. A charming looking place, pleasant to sit and watch the world go by. A teeny, tiny bit "snooty" if you catch it at a busy time.... More

Although the place is very nice and cozy, there is a good variety of food and we had a kind waitress, our experience was terrible. We arrived at the entrance and the two hostess, first image of the restaurant, didn't smile, told us we should had waited (also if there we're few tables empty) before continuing to chat and we...
