We had a wonderful experience, we will come back soon for sure... The starters are unique and the deserts are special.. Mostly all we had was a very highend food and the medeterenian tastes are great!

i went with my girlfriend and another couple to Bertie, following a suggestion by our hotel concierge. The place is relatively small but this created a nice warm atmosphere. Me and my girlfriend decided to order a bit of everything, to share between us. They brought us the starters, the fish tartar melted on my tongue! Hope you all try... More

Pleasent restaurant with different selections. The service was attentive and informative. We went on a Friday evening early and had no problem being seated. Not many restaurants of this quality on King George street so it was a pleasent surprise

Decided to try Bertie's late on Friday night, or late for me, around 2130. Was shown to a table right away even though the place was crowded. As I sat down, a shot of irak was set down. Never having had irak but it's Greek cousin ouzo, I was prepared for a licorice overload. I was surprised that irak was... More

One of the greatest places with very good food. The main courses are large, and leave no space for a dessert)

Fabulous authentic Mediterranean food -- the seafood was outstanding as we're our varied appetizers and salads. We were mostly adults but they went out of their way to accommodate my two eight year olds as well. Everything we ordered was outstanding-- both food and drink. Speaking of the latter, do not miss the Made in Israel cocktail. The place is... More

Bertie's Kitchen chef, as there would be creative is not necessarily delicious Unrecognized the Type of cuisine Add the feta proved him as superfluous in some dishes completely Especially dessert For an Appetizer I've asked for sirloin Carpaccio Green vegetables, Greek feta and pine nuts were the best dish at a restaurant in my opinion My wife ordered "Sficha" which... The surrounding conditions, seemingly, were supposed to be against Berti: Located on a busy main street, next to a bus stop and set in a gray and ugly building... Under these circumstances, it is surprising to find such a happy good food. In the minute you walk in, you find a cheerful, pleasant ambiance with music that blends well in... More
