Great restaurant, must visit

It's not our first time to visit the Wine Bar (recently changed their name to Brut). The place is small but very welcoming. The food is great and every dish made in front of you seems more like poetry then cooking. Their wine library is very nice and covers many good wines. Haven't said yet a... read more

We were there for a wine tasting of "orange wines" (wine made of white grapes but with a technique similar to red wines). The wine was nice but nothing exceptional (only the price!!). The food was very good, we tried many dishes all of them very tasty, as well as the desserts.

Tired after a long day of meetings, I left my hotel for a nice dinner eating alone. Happened onto Brut, liked the vibe and had a fantastic evening. Was it the best food I have ever eaten, no. Was it one of those magical evenings where you have a wonderful time, yes. The servers make everything taste better, the friendly... More

We were referred to the Wine Bar by our 21 year old daughter and wasn't sure what to expect. The Wine Bar became one of our favorite restaurants on our trip to Israel and we love food and ate very well for 12 days. Food was delicious and innovative. We sat at the counter where we could talk to the... More

Yes, the fod is really great but the prices are quite in sane. The manafement was joined by the Elba chef after the latter was closed and prices are now a lot closer to those of late Elba than to those of any other bar. Id you choose to spend an evening in the bar, deep pockets are a must.

Brut (formerly "Wine Bar", name changed on January 2015) is a small wine bistro, very intimate, in the heart of Nahalat Binyamin. The perfect atmosphere for a romantic quiet dinner. The four of us ordered Tagliatelle Alfredo, Crispy Octopus With Greek Mashed Potato, Ossobuco and a Brain cooked with almonds and malva. All dishes were cooked properly but only the... More

We were a party of 3, seated outside on a cool autumn evening, but the overhead heating and the friendly service created a warm ambiance. Food is creative and executed at a very high level, wine list is both interesting and eclectic, in short everything you could wish for in a wine bar/bistro for an enjoyable night out with friends.... i dined at this restaurant last night and was very impressed with the food and particularly the selection of local wines. Sit at the bar and watch as the chefs create interesting dishes before your eyes. I had never had lambs brain and sweetbreads before. They were quite simply delicious.

Centrally located. Offers excellent dishes out of a very very limited food menu. A very comprehensive wine list served by people who know and love good wines. Listen for their recommendations - they do not attempt to sell you the priciest items. They suggest only what they, themselves, like.

This is what happens when food and wine connoiseurs who happen to be buddies, decide to open a place. It is petite and nothing on the outside gives anything on the delicacies you will find inside. The chefs and wine master are well seasoned after gaining much experience in other food joints. Food is fresh, wine selection is promising, cocktails... More
