Great place for soup. There were many items on the menu, but we were cold and it tasted very good. Close to our hotel and fun shopping.

We have been there once during our trip to Jerusalem. My husband tried the Israeli soup and mix Jerusalem food (chicken and liver with rice and Arabic salad). Me I tried vegetable soup. The choice of soups is large and tasty. The rice is not good. The service is average but the price is ok. The Arabic bread is not... More

On a cold rainy day, we stopped by this local restaurant called Alma. We had Kube soup and Sweet potato soup, very tasty and not expensive. Afterwards we had some beer and the Jerusalem mix. Very recommended restaurant!

Was looking for Israeli food and came across this place we had a humous dish called Jerusalem mix for 34 shekels and a beef kebab off the Grill menu for 64 shekels which included free a draught beer. This has got to be the best for food so far is wasn't to much or we weren't given salads that we... More

This restaurant is located in the Nachlat Shiva area right on "Kikar Hahatulot". The food is definitely Israeli and not too fancy, but very tasty. There is a very big selection of daily soups and then some great dishes. Service is fantastic and prices are reasonable.

The location of this outdoor restaurant is nestled in a quiet corner away from most of the pedestrian traffic of the downtown triangle. It offers a cute and romantic setting on cobblestone floors and dinner by lamp post. The food though was ok. Prices are average for the area. For two mains and a starter plus two beers we paid... I was in Jerusalem on holidays and ate at Alma's a number of times and tried multiple menu items. I enjoyed all of my meals, but my favorite was the Jerusalem mix. I preferred the outdoor tables and the ones closest to the entrance; otherwise you could be sitting close to a road that can be noisy.

We visited with a few couples and were very satisfied with our lunch. The selections were varied and the prices were quite fair for the fare offered. This is a soup lovers haven; they had eight different choices on the menu. The staff were very friendly and explained the menu choices also in English; and they had plenty of menus... More
