3 kids 3 adults... everyone was happy! Kids wanted hot dogs, and kebobs... on the menu... steak we ordered was not on the menu, but was very tasty (hje said it was a special). The chumus with meats were very good, and the sweet potato soup was yummy, we tried the kibeh soup but i found it to be... read more

The food is eatable, but it's supermarket food. Not made on the spot. The kebab's are frozen ones and the hummus is from the supermarket. Taking 70 shekels for frozen kebabs and 32 for supermarket hummus is a bit of a joke... It's not delicious but not disgusting. But ending with a bill over 100 shekels for bottled water, kebabs... We had a great time. Fun small restaurant run by fun people in a great part of Jerusalem. Five of us were packed in and the servers seemed more like friends cooking for us in their homes rather than in a restaurant. Questions answered honestly and fair prices for good food.

I had the Jerusalem Mix which was one of the best dishes I have ever had anywhere in the world. A slight change to the presentation and It would not be out of place at a Michelin starred restaurant. It a not dish for everyone as it contains the chicken hearts, livers and spleens but I love that sort of... More

This is a lovely restaurant popular with local people and I can see why. The staff were attentive and the food cooked within view of the tables. All this in a bustling part of Jerusalem so good for people watching. An excellent selection of local dishes. i had the Jerusalem mix. i would recommend it!

They have an impressive array of soups which is especially nice in the winter. I had the Kubbe soup for dinner. It was very filling, and reasonably priced. The other kubbe soups ive had had a vegetable or beet base (like at nearby Rachmo's), this has a clear brothy base and was good, but I prefer a stronger base. The... More

Great place with traditional food with a touch of modern adaptation. There is a problem with finding decent food in Jerusalem, nearby old city. Apart from different doners and other Arabian kind of fast food. This is one of the best places to eat a traditional local kitchen, we go there every time we visit Jerusalem. Once a guy from... The restaurant is located in an active location with many other restaurants hawking for customers. (That should have been the red flag.) The staff is pleasant and the setting is fine (outdoor seating in a quasi pedestrian spot), but the food is average at best. Add to that prices that are not cheap at all (in comparison to fine quality... More

The location Was nice, so i checked the price list and asked for the daily speciality price. All the price Was less than 100 nis. But when we got the final bill, the price Was completely different and even if i tryed to complain, them didn't do nothing. Furthermore they added 15% of servire by default. Un fair at least
