Wow, what a find! I even not hoped to find real home made and original food in Jerusalem. This restaurant pleasantly surprised me with variety of the dishes and homemade quality. From the starters to the main course - everything was tasty and good looking. Especially loved ravioli with meat under the sweet sauce, I never tried such a harmonic... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Jerusalem and a great place for a Friday night meal (Paradiso was one of the very few restaurants that have always served food ove Friday and Saturday). The food is an interesting fusion between mediterranean and French, with touches of the traditional Rumanian kitchen, and is always good. During the week you'll... More

If you are in the area, you can get a good meal at a reasonable price. There are some interesting items on the menu. Try the goose leg.

This is a nice place a bit tucked away, or not as visible as the other restaurants nearby. The service is good, waitress helpful and pleasant. The food pretty good as well, very tasty. We went for lunch & we will certainly go back for lunch anyway.

After being in Jerusalem for a week we came across this fabulous place. Great food and service...it's not a kosher place but it's great. We've eaten at it three times and would again if we stayed more days.

After a week of very so-so meals in hotels and some very good street food, this restaurant was a high point of my twelve day stay in Israel and the West Bank. The salmon and black risotto were amazing. The staff brought an extra side to the table at no charge. Service was first rate. This is not a kosher... More

We live in Jerusalem and Cafe Paradiso was a restaurant that we frequented many times a month. NO MORE!!!! They always had the most wonderful soups, sandwiches and salads as well as full meals. The food was great and the prices reasonable. It was a hoppin' place, a place to meet and greet no matter the occasion. Now they put... More

There aren’t many restaurants in Jerusalem open on Friday and Saturday so it was a disappointment that one of the few is so much below average and offers bad service. We ordered squid with beans. The taste was OK but we found some tentacles and bone residuals left which was bad. It looked like plastic. We told the waiters and... More

Within walking distance to many hotels. Great food but with a casual atmosphere. Good Osso Bucco dish, and the "meatball" dish was wonderful, mostly because of the warm chickpea salad underneath.

We went to this restaurant on shabbat. There was one table outside with five people. We waited for a hostess to even glance in our direction, which no one did. So we asked if they were even open, which they said they were. Then we stood around, waiting some more. We asked the woman at the coffee station/bar if we... More
