A gem amongst colorful outdoor markets, brimming with life and excellent produces, spices and food. Always worth a visit and tasting of the goodies offered there.
We took the tasting menu and had lots of very good food. It was a bit hard to book the table at the internet. It was supposed to be in english but.... So we ended up with a table in the bar. Which was actuelly quite fun! So go for it!
Best meal I have had in ages!!! We came here for lunch and sat at the chef's bar and had the chef's tasting menu consisting of 8 courses, including the special polenta with truffle oil and asparagus and the beef tartar with tehina and other amazing meat and seafood dishes. All dishes are served in such an original and interesting... More
Our tour guide obtained our reservations and we had read the reviews and were excited to eat here. It is true that it is loud here and our waitress actually asked to turn the music down. The food was delightful and good sized portions too. We had the tuna sushi and tomato salad for appetizers. I had the fish and... More

Incredible restaurant recommended by some friends in Tel Aviv. We were lucky and got a place for dinner, but we have ben told it's better to book for dinner. We sat at the "bar" (which is actually in front of the kitchen, not the bar) and it was great fun to watch the chefs cook in their brightly coloured kitchen... More
Wonderful place with amazing atmosphere and great food. We've been to the chef menu at the bar watching the cooking process. A unique experience and a lot of delicious food. Asi the su-chef was amazing. A must return.
Machneyuda is more than a restaurant - it is a dining experience like nothing else in Jerusalem - every night is a party and you are the guests. The wait staff are friendly, fun, personal and masters of customer service (unlike most waiters in Israel). The food is inspired and the wine list extensive - especially in its breadth of... More
This looks to be a simple unassuming place but its actually one of the best restaurants in Israel. Reservations are essential, we were there at 3PM on a Wednesday and it was packed. The food is excellent and an interesting fusion of styles. The service was exceptional, friendly prompt and with humour. Nice selection of wines as well...all in a... More
Everything works here. The restaurant is colourful with a great atmosphere, the waiting staff without exception are friendly and professional and the food is fantastic. We arrived feeling fatigued having spent the entire day travelling, so went straight to cocktails which were fantastic. The menu is varied and making a choice was the most difficult challenge of the evening. Anyway,... More
