Asked to speak to manageress but she didn't come to the table. Was given the wrong bill. Staff were pushy. No wonder the place was half empty. And despite... More

i'm not gonna bore you with the details. If you are in Israel this is the place to eat. It has it all - the amazing food, atmosphere, uniqueness, fun, great music. One of the hottest restaurants these days and the food is to die for. Just go!!!

Didn't come with many high hopes, but the restaurant turned out to be one of the BESTI've ever been too! The overall vibe is really great, including the atmosphere, the funky waiters and décor. The food is by all means incredible, carefully made and tastes wonderful. If you're looking for a place to spend your money (it's not cheap), this... More

It is a trendy restaurant, the basic idea of this place is to give the visitor the sensation of the happy and funky market atmosphere, this is done with the help of a very loud Israeli music, open kitchen and a lot of noise, it is a different eating experience and this may be the only positive point of this... This may just be my favorite restaurant ever. Right by the Jerusalem open air food market, the ingredients are fresh, local and ever changing with the seasons. Take a stroll through the market before your dinner. The atmosphere and staff and food were so lively! From the music to the decorations to the upbeat staff. It's an experience and the... More

in my opinion best time to visit for dinner is Saturday night. walk through a nice neighborhood and have a perfect menu tasting. Real Jerusalem experience. If you are alone go across the street in their bar.

On our last day in Jerusalem we reserved a table (also a sitting at the long bar option) at Machneyuda a trendy eatery in the heart of the Machne Yehuda market (shuk) in Jerusalem. Machneyuda is managed by three Jerusalem chefs with impressive resumes: Asaf Granit, Yossi Elad and Uri Navon. You need a reservation and they are very strict... More

We drifted into the restaurant as we toured the nearby market of the same name. From the welcoming atmosphere to our seat at the bar to food and service it was a beautiful experience. The wine recommendation was great. The food is phenomenal. It is fresh, local produce. The menu is fun and well put together. We would recommend this... More
