Great meat in a pleasurable atmosphere

The dinner was initiated by the waiter coming with dips on the house, very nice, followed by great meat, the Milanese was just as I expected the cousin of a Wiener Schnizel, but on beef and not calf. The accompanying persons had a grilled meat mix and they were very happy. Good meat and a bit... read more

Wow, really enjoyed the excellent food and service of the well located central Jerusalem Restaurant. The Business lunch served until about 4:00 was a special value offering a free appetizer with full price main course. very generous portions, so much so that we took home the leftovers and had another meal. Also great service and clean modern facilities. So glad... More

Table was sticky, the food was almost uneatable. The service was bad. We entered the restaurant and although it was not crowded the host took her time to get up and show us to our table. The dishes were nothing like the description in the menu. Would never return or recommend to anyone.

The food was good but the service was so bad that it made it impossible to enjoy the meal. There were a number of groups and only 2 waiters on hand, one who appeared to be new... they did their best to serve us all so it wasn't their fault, more likely the fault of the manager who wanted to... La Boca, a Latin-influenced restaurant, is now located at 8 Shlomzion HaMelach. Its specialty is meat, but there are other options for lighter fare. The choices were varied. Each of the three of us had a different dish and all were very good, as were the ambiance and service. There is a small wine room. The manager took me into... More

Appalling restaurant. Food is sub-standard, service is well-meaning but no knowledge of the menu. Tasted the house wine but preferred not to drink vinegar; subsequently discovered that half the wine list not actually available. Just don't bother.

Limited and out of stock liquor choices. Entree of fish was served cold and steak medallions approached inedible because of toughness. Will not revisit or recommend.

This restaurant excels at all levels and frankly is the best I've been to so far in Israel. Staff, food quality, presentation, atmosphere and value are impeccable. I started the Feast with the very dry(very cleansing for the palate) Merlot wine from the local world renowned Tania Winery. The appetizers were the chicken enchiladas(very creatively made like a sushi roll... More

Carnivore"s delight! I hadn't seen such a great selection of meat since I had been in BA three years ago-- and kosher. Since I was staying in a hotel, my native guests got all the left overs. It is pricey but worth it
