Excellent food!

We remembered this place being very good and we were not disappointed. I don't know if there's a shortage of help but the service wasn't great. However, everything we ordered was done nicely, even if we did have to ask for knives, forks and napkins. For starters my wife had carpaccio and I had... read more

I was here a few months ago and had a terrible experience as did the other diners, I was sent a voucher and asked to give them another chance. It was as bad if not worse. there appeared to be only one waitress who was taking care of the whole place, a large party and maybe 10 other tables. We... More

This meal was THE WORSE food we have ever experienced in any restaurant, in any town, in any country in the entire world!!! It was greasy, limp, slimy & all together revolting!!! The staff - indescribably inadequate. The manager, whilst ranting & raging at us (!!!???!!!) said "that although he was the Chef, it was the women's fault in the... More

the restaurant is at another address than the one mentioned here. Watch out : It is now at Queen Shlom Tzion Street, 8, Jerusalem, tel 02-5635577 / 077-214-7755. One of the best lunches I had in Israel this time. We took a set of several starters, starting from kebab and chorizo sausages with mashed potatoes, goose liver a la plancha... More

Wow, really enjoyed the excellent food and service of the well located central Jerusalem Restaurant. The Business lunch served until about 4:00 was a special value offering a free appetizer with full price main course. very generous portions, so much so that we took home the leftovers and had another meal. Also great service and clean modern facilities. So glad... More

Table was sticky, the food was almost uneatable. The service was bad. We entered the restaurant and although it was not crowded the host took her time to get up and show us to our table. The dishes were nothing like the description in the menu. Would never return or recommend to anyone.

The food was good but the service was so bad that it made it impossible to enjoy the meal. There were a number of groups and only 2 waiters on hand, one who appeared to be new... they did their best to serve us all so it wasn't their fault, more likely the fault of the manager who wanted to... La Boca, a Latin-influenced restaurant, is now located at 8 Shlomzion HaMelach. Its specialty is meat, but there are other options for lighter fare. The choices were varied. Each of the three of us had a different dish and all were very good, as were the ambiance and service. There is a small wine room. The manager took me into... More
