Excellent

What can I say? Service prompt and friendly and efficient. Good variety of food and desserts. Good value. One and only problem...they have never heard of ice coffee...I had to get a black coffee and add ice cream to make my own affigato. ...my restaurant of choice in Mamilla

Busy place, and all outside tables were taken, so we sat inside. I had the shakshuka, friend had the healthy breakfast, and another had the Caesar salad. We were brought some rolls also. All our food was good, but nothing special. The shakshuka was a little spicy and I had never gotten the water I asked for when we ordered,... More

In town center, you are greeted by a guard and hostess who offer you the kosher dairy or meat side of the restaurant. Food is good with much variety- for meals or light refrreshments. They also have a location in the Mamillla Shopping Center.

I used to be a regular at this restaurant when I was studying in Israel. It always had consistently good food at a decent price. Over the years, the prices have crept up and now it is a bit of a tourist attraction. Although the foods we got were not really so memorable, it was all good and with decent... More

My husband and I ate here recently and it was awful. There must have been 5 servers just hanging around yet none came to take our order until we called one over -who even then didn't come. Starters arrived and literally 2 minutes later main courses. Again despite servers talking amongst themselves we had to signal one for another drink.... More

Chaos reigns among the servers. The coffee is weak and cheap. It's all overpriced. The service, once the chaos has temporarily abated, is surly and free of any joy. In between loud crashing noises that sound like artillery explosions come from the building site next door. What is it with this area? It seems to be impossible to find good... More

We often visit the place with friends, and I can recite the menue by heart. I like it and think it is very Israeli, both food and service, the food is fresh and tasty, the service is friendly ant not formal. The cafe is cosher and includes a Halavi and a Besari parts (milk and meat). I prefer to seat... More

We stopped in for lunch and coffee, enjoyed the setting, but were not impressed. We don't drink espresso, so ordered Americano. It was very weak and disappointing. I had Portabello Eggs Benedict, which was tasty but barely warm. My husband had Spinach Lasagna, which he enjoyed but I thought was terrible! Our server was very nice, attentive and helpful, following... More
