Great Family Feast

We went with our group of 10 on our last night in Jerusalem. Because we had such a big crowd, we were able to try almost everything on the menu. Virtually everything was delicious. The polenta was excellent, as was the burger, the entrecote and the lamb shank. The room was a little warm. If we are... read more

This was just what we needed: good food, attentive and flexible service. The building itself is very important and if you look around you can actually see some art pieces by Zeev Raban who was a leading member of the Bezalel school art style. For starters do not miss the polenta with mushrooms and asparagus - excellent but heavy so... More

Great food, great atmosphere. The same amazing chefs from the Machneyehuda kitchen but much more refined. Food was delicious and very special. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.

Mona is high end food that is not pretentious in any manner. The restaurant is a little pricey but it is worth it. The food is extremely fresh, the service was extremely attentive but by no means overly so. The atmosphere is casual but also refined. Definitely suggest have the chicken liver pate - which was finger licking good!

No, it is not one of the cheapest restaurants around. Yes, it is the best one in Jerusalem, and likely one of the best in Israel. Don't miss the desserts!

I rarely leave bad reviews.Time to do it. The reservation was made through the service the restaurant uses - Click-a-table - and had no mention of what table or seating you get even I leave a message that we are going to celebrate the triple birthday. We have got a very unconvinient table inside, where two of us had to... More

The best restaurant in Israel by far. They serve amazing French gourmet food and offer excellent service. Good location.

If you are looking for good food, this is one of the places to go to. First of all the place is very charming, the waiters are very nice, and the decoration is very unique. Whilst you wait for t^your food they serve warm bread with olive oil and salt as a nice appetizer. Then a delicious endive and roquefort... More

We went there to celebrate a birthday party,it was the right choice. It is located inside a historic building built in the the end the 19th century. We ordered a few starters we shared such as soft Polenta, sashimi, endiv with blue cheese. We were surprised when two extra stsrters were served in courtesy of the chef.Yes,the stsrers are small but... More

The setting, in a historic Jerusalem stone building is enchanting. Other than that the food is over priced, not exciting (the crab bisk was downright tasteless and this was the first time ever I sent a dish back ) ,the service was confused ,the portions where small all in all- disappointing.
