Pretty Decent Burgers

Very friendly and happy staff. The decor is a cross between an upper class TGI Fridays and modern French bistro. Young and buzzy atmosphere. We ate the lamburger and hamburger. Right across the street from Harmony hotel it was open on Sabbath and the soup was great. We went back another night and had the same soup!

I agree with the former reviewr. this used to be a solid place with a cool jazz atmosphere . they supposedly updated the menu, but I think that mostly graphic-wise. Food had turned was bad and service, though nice, was very slow.

This place used to be sweet spot in downtown Jerusalem. 24/7 and good food did it. But recently something happen. Food is burned from outside and undercooked inside. Long service. Outdated menu (they serve it for at list 10 years). We took fillet, which is their signature meal and new meat balls with tomato soup. It was bad. Burned and... More

Had a great tomato soup with a filo crust. Also had a wonderful mac and cheese with mushrooms. The place was very busy on Shabat as it is open every day. Great for a cappucino and conversation too.

The food was delicious, the hours work for anyone (24/7) and the area is not too bad. Prices were crazy, but maybe I'm just not accustomed to the high cost of living here. The staff was very helpful and kind. I had the burger and it was delicious. 92 shekels including cheese and bacon. That's a lot for a burger.

I am gluten intolerant and finding gluten free options can sometimes be difficult, especially in a foreign country. I went to Zuni for my last meal in Israel with a friend from my tour group. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable (also spoke perfect English), and double checked with the kitchen about whether the meal was gluten free just to be... More

We have been to Zuni many times on different trips over the years. The menu has not changed but it is varied, reasonably priced and very well prepared. Zuni is almost the only restaurant open in the Jewish/tourist sector of Jerusalem during the Jewish sabbath, so be sure to book for a Friday evening.

Good burgers, rare place in Jerusalem where you can eat hot meat in late hours. Moderate prices, close to Old city Jaffa gates.
