After reading other reviews (and being warned by my lodging) that the food was good, but the service was terrible, I was pleasantly surprised to find that both food and service were excellent. Food is typical Mediterranean fare, well executed. Prices were reasonable for a sit-down restaurant in Israel. Atmosphere is good--full of locals and tourists enjoying good food.

The signature salad was outstanding, as were the hummus with veal, a chicken and asparagus dish and others. The kids loved the smoothies as well. I only wish that we had stayed longer to have coffee! The delightful garden made me think about how to make my own more beautiful and fun.

This place was bustling the whole weekend that we were in Haifa so we had to try it out. It is located on the main German Colony road leading up to the Gardens and is a good place to sit out and watch the world go by (and if you're lucky enjoy the views of the Gardens). Indoor and outdoor... More

Fattoush is a relaxing spot to enjoy amazing flavors after visiting the Bahai Gardens and German Colony. If you are a foreigner, please take note that service in Israel is it's own beast. Waitstaff won't bother you. The idea is to leisurely enjoy your meal. So if you need something, including the check, be prepared to flag someone down! If... More

We went here twice during our visit, one time as a family and one time as a larger group of family and friends and both times the food and the service were great with Israeli/Arabic dishes and coffee and the atmosphere making for amazing evenings.

The Service would be the main reason of dislike. We had to walk around to find a server. Then we waited an hour to get our food. I didn't like my Fattoush salad at all !! couldn't eat it. Although my family & friends loved there food & it was plenty. If you don't mind the extreme wait then go... More

Four of us enjoyed an interesting and flavorful meal at this Haifa favorite. For visitors to Israel, Fattoush gives an introduction to to the unique tastes and textures of the Middle east. Apart from tasty food, service was good and prices more than fair.

Among all restaurants situated at the bottom of Baha'i Gardens, this is the best. Food is very tasty and prices are average, actually very good considering the location and the view. The menu is varied and large, but I would go for the traditional dishes every time.

This restaurant not only has a very extensive menu but a large terrasse area as well as very cozy rooms inside. If you sit outside you can admire the main avenue and catch a glimpse of the Bhai Gardens nearby. The portions are large and the food is very tasty. Had a delicious salad followed by an Arab dessert which... More

The setting is absolutely enchanting. Old Templar structure that has been converted into a restaurant. Great coffee and a nice breakfast at a relatively, for Israel, reasonable price. Staff was very pleasant too.
