Very good food & service

Had lunch and dinner at the Tat. The food was very good and the service was pleasant. The owner came and chatted with us answering lots of questions about Selcuk and Turkey in general.

One of the best places we've eaten at in Turkey. Service is always prompt & friendly, and food are excellent. It's spacious & well-lit, which feels very inviting for tourists like us.

My first experience at Tat Restaurant..Selcuk was September 2014... The warm family welcome I received was fantastic.. The food was super and all homemade. . Tat Restaurant is a family run business which makes Tat all the more amazing. .and very rare nowadays. .. The atmosphere is just like being at home in your own dining room..great food...wonderful conversation. .and... More

We ate at a few other places during our stay in Selcuk but kept coming back here, simply because the food was far, far better than anywhere else. The home-made pitas are really special, also the meat ball stew (- the name of which reminded me of school dinners. Fortunately, the was no resemblance!) Importantly for us (in January) the... More

Located on a pleasant, walking street in the rather charming, pedestrian friendly city center of Selcuk, TAT offers a wide variety of traditional Turkish fare, including a very taste pide. It's great fun savoring their offerings while seated amidst the bustle of the strolling passers-by. The owners are lovely and attentive. The location is great, just blocks from the train... More

TAT restaurant is on the street behind Urkmez hotel which is close to the station. The place has outside and inside seatings as well. They have a good spread of food and prices are fairy decent too. On our request they even prepared hot flat breads (Naan) and some veg food. We had couple of meals at this place and... More

We loved this restaurant, we ended up coming back two nights in a row due to the great time we had chatting the night away with the owner and staff. Not to mention the rocking hummus!!

Had dinner here two nights while visiting Selçuk. The food was delicious. Hummus was the best I've had in Turkey. Everything else we ordered was also great and it was all very affordable. Owners were very friendly brothers and will make sure you are very happy with everything.

Lovely place.Had copsis and Adana kebab. Very tasty and prices are affordable. Owner is a funny person, who made small talks. Met a fellow traveller from Malaysia in the same restaurant and had great conversation. Good ambience!

Many of the restaurants that get great reviews in Turkey are very small, unpretentious ones that leave you wondering if you have found the right place. Tat is like that. We hesitated to go in since it was empty and looked pretty plain. The owner, whose English and French is excellent, welcomed us and sat us inside since it was... More
