Delicious food & even better service

We liked this place so much we went back for our only other dinner in Selcuk. The imam biyali was especially delicious. The server was really delightful, as was the owner. This was one of our favorite meals in Turkey, even better than most of our meals in Istanbul.

If I had family or friends traveling to Selcuk this is where I would send them. The meatballs were so delicious and flavorful and the salad was really fresh and satisfying. I made a disappointing selection for dinner on the previous night based on tripadvisor rankings and luckily on the second night I ended up here thanks to a local.

Found this restaurant by chance and it was the best meal we had in Selcuk. Simple Turkish food cooked well and in a lovely setting. Service was good and a good price. Enjoyed the local wine. Recommend this restaurant.

We ate at Eski Ev a few times in our time in Selcuk as we loved it so much. Right in the middle of town but with a discreet little courtyard full of orange trees it was a lovely romantic little spot. The food was very good and reasonabaly priced and the staff were lovely - our waiter Sezai was... More

This restaurant is gorgeous inside and is like a garden, the atmosphere is lovely and the owner and waitors are very friendly and welcoming. The food is reasonably priced and is delicious, the meze in particular for starters is full of variety and the chicken curry or steaks are fantastic here. Would definitely recommend and is ideal for couples as... More

We had a good experience. I especially liked the stuffed eggplants. The garden is particularly peaceful.

Zeki, the owner, is a very nice host. You always feel very welcome. The food is good and at a fair price. Try a lot of meze. The service of the waiter is stylish. It's possible to sit outside, at the side of the street but I advice you to go inside. The courtyard garden is very nice and soothing.... More
