Lovely location, friendly owner, speedy service. Food is tasty, fresh and reasonably priced for a good sized portion. Coffee is great, mulberry icecream amazing.

After walking the ruins, shopping and looking, where to go for peace, shade, excellent ice-cream and the best cup of cappachino outside Venice. St. John Cafe fits the bill. Close to the bus station and Cash Machine. 5 minutes from my favourite Pansiyon, The Boomerang Guest House and away from the busy carpet and gift shops of Selcuk Village centre.... More

The food is really good, but it's the frappe's and ice cream that make it stand out. The owners are very friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable...

Stopped by St. John Cafe for coffee and ice cream. Was really glad we did. The Turkish coffee was excellent, smooth and rich and the mulberry ice cream rivaled the exquisite gelato we just had in Italy. The cafe is run by a very nice couple who aim to make your experience a great one. Go there and enjoy. But... More

The food at St. Johns was very tasty! The Cafe was clean and the staff friendly! The atmosphere at the cafe was quite relaxed as you can enjoy the air conditioned indoors or sit under the shade trees at small tables outside! I will certainly go back if given the chance to return to Turkey!

It was a rare find to go to a cafe not frequented by only old men! Nice location and can sit outside too. Nice place for tea and toasted sandwiches- reasonable as well. Good wifi too. Would return.

4 weeks on the road with only one cup of non-instand coffee got us here. Excellent coffee, made as fussily as at home, And with bottled water. But what nice surprise to find out that the food was a comparable improvement! While turkish cooking does a fine job with fresh salads-- theirs had that and an interesting variant of Balsamic...
