Real and a good coffee with a great service. Home made Kunefe (angel hair) dessert is the one of the best!

This one place in Selcuk that you can get a good cup of coffee and conversation. There are lots of other goodies, as well and Doris is very knowledgeable about the sites and area too.

A nice spot to drop by and enjoy a good European coffee and chat about local sights and get information. Pity it's only open during the day.

This is a great little place for a coffee and a treat. The coffee and homemade ice cream was simply the best. The staff/owners are very friendly - just a great little place to stop in for a while.

Easy to find and great relief to obtain a big cup of good coffee. I think being away from my coffee pot is the hardest thing about traveling. The owner even sat and chatted with me which was a nice way to pass the day. I went back the next day but they are closed on Sunday.

for some delicious Swiss specialties like muesli and rosti, and a proper coffee made just right, we went back day after day, it was so good. A lovely homely relaxed atmosphere. The owners are great for a chat in English, German or Turkish. They even entertained our kids with puzzles.

St. John Cafe has the best brewed coffee and coffee drinks in all of Selcuk. This is not instant or low-quality stuff.

I really enjoyed the fresh blackberry ice cream and had a delightful chat with the shop owner while I sipped my espresso. It's a great place to relax after touring around the local ruins. Stop by at least once while you're in town, if not every day! :)

Finally we found European kitchen in Turkey! Not spicy, not kebab. Wery tasty coffee, icecream desert, kunefe, milkshakes. Everything tastes so natural, just like I cook at home. Stuff very nice, we'll come back here again.

We were looking for a cafe with wifi, a/c, and good drinks, and were just joking that that might not exist in Selchuk when we ran across St. John's. Good drinks and ice cream, and run by a friendly Swiss couple who were happy both to chat and to let us use the wifi in email-starved silence. Great place to... More
