When you are tired of wandering around all those magnificent historical places and need a beautiful, relaxing stop to have a nice cup of coffee and a little chitchat, this place has both and probably much more.

We stopped in to St. John this morning after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor & it was just as lovely as we expected. Great coffee, in fact so good we went back this afternoon, and even lovelier owners. We had a big chat with the owner about the ruins, town & Turkey as a whole. So interesting. Definitely put... We stopped here on a tour of Ephesus. It is a comfortable place to rest and have a cup of coffee during a tour of the nearby sites. There is also a good selection of books on nearby sites. The books available were in English and German as far as I saw. The welcome we received was very friendly. The... More

I've been in Turkey for a week and today was the first time I was able to have real coffee, some espresso, not that awful instant coffee. Love this place!

After reading the good reviews this place got in TripAdvisor, and looking for good espresso in Selçuk (which is not easy to find), we went twice to this coffee house, once by night and once in the morning, on our way to the Ephesus museum. Both times it was closed, and with no signs about their open hours in any... More

Real and a good coffee with a great service. Home made Kunefe (angel hair) dessert is the one of the best!

This one place in Selcuk that you can get a good cup of coffee and conversation. There are lots of other goodies, as well and Doris is very knowledgeable about the sites and area too.

A nice spot to drop by and enjoy a good European coffee and chat about local sights and get information. Pity it's only open during the day.
