Of the meals we had during our four day stay in Selcuk, this is the one that stood out. Great salads at the counter and excellent juicy, tender Kofte and Kebabs. The Adana Kebab I had was very tasty, spicy and the meat tender. Try the lovely rice pudding Special. With Tahini and Pekmez (grape molasses) added, it was a... More

After a very hot visit to the ruins of Ephesus, we were hungry and hot! This restaurant was the perfect solution to both those problems! We met the owner, Ertan, who is a wrestler. He posed, showing his guns with our youngest! The wrestling photos on the wall are of his father and friends. Ask him about the Turkish oiled... More

Lovely place to visit after a long tour in the ancient ruins. Our tour guide took us here since it is a local favorite. We got to try an array of foods. All is made to order, Quick turn around time & friendly service. Definitely recommend.:-)

We found this place downtown relaxed with a nice terrace and excellent Shashlik. Quite inexpensive and as just about anywhere in Turkey, friendly service and clean toilets.

The Selçuk Hamam staff told us to go there for dinner. We arrived late and ordered the köfte plate. We had a lovely talk with the co-owner Ahmet and shared some thoughts about our lives. The köfte came with some simple but tasty side dishes. The meat was so delicious, that I ordered another portion right away. The deserts we... More

I have had this restaurant on my list of places I had to try in Turkey after it was mentioned in the Conde Nast Traveller article and then I cross-referenced it with Lonely Planet and then Trip Advisor. And it did not disappoint my high expectations! These were the best lamb kebabs and Kofte we have had in Turkey. (Succulent... More
