We selected this restaurant from a review in Lonely Planet, and were very impressed by the efficient and friendly service, the delicious kofte and very tasty (and varies) salads. This fantastic lunch cost 42 TL for 2, by far the best value of any restaurant so far in Turkey. If you are going to Ephesus, lunch or dine here!

We had a lovely, comfortable meal at this pa + ma restaurant in Selcuk. He does the meats, she does the veggies. Relaxed, pleasant, enough English spoken, and warmly welcoming. Highly recommended.

Meatball is served with fresh vegies, tomeato and onion slices. It's delicious and size of the dish is good to feed one peson. I strongly reccomend you to taste lamb sish. Meet is soft and leaves a great test on your tongue. Homemade plump juice is my favorite.

The Selcuk Koftecisi makes the best kofte (Turkish meatballs) ever! They also do chicken shish and a choice of vegetarian dishes like spinach, piyaz (white beans in vinegar - one of my favourites), aubergine fritters and taze fasulye (green beans in a tomato sauce) The staff are friendly and prompt, service is excellent. I lived in Selcuk for 6 years... More

Our tour guide took our small group here for lunch. We just loved the food. Whoever thought meatballs could be so good? Wonderful eggplant dishes. Just delicious local food. A real treat and the best meal I had in Turkey, by far.

The food was reasonably priced and quite good!! There is no menu, so the waiter explained the selections to us. We weren't very hungry so we only ordered 1 main to share between us, with some yoghurt and desert. The waiters were very gracious and kind. They gave us the wifi password even without us asking. Meatball was delicious! They... More

This restaurant doesn't have a menu, you can choose the mezze, meat or meatball from their counter. They don't have many options but it is the advantage that they are focusing on meatballs and skewers, and they make really good one. It is one of the best meatball restaurant in Turkey I have tried. They have indoor and outdoor seating... More

A simple restaurant, but fantastic mezzes (try the local greens, or the beets, not to mention the yogurt!) which are served in such generous portions that you may not be hungry by the time your fresh cooked kofte are served with all of their accompaniments. But, the kofte are worth saving some room to enjoy!

This is not a fancy restaurant but you will receive good service and great food. Do not limit yourself with kofte and taste the appetizers that they have on the menu. Most importantly leave a place in your tummy for the dessert called "keskul". It is a dessert made from milk, crushed almond, sugar, rice flour and/or potato flour. Keskul... More

This small unassuming restaurant is such a treasure. They make the best kofte in Turkey. Another dish not to be missed is the Chicken skewers. Definitely worth travelling for. Great for lunch on market Saturday, but be warned, it does get busy. Can't wait for their new restaurant beside the old to open. Looks very impressive. Oh, and don't forget... More
