Real good pizza

This is an old & well known local pizzeria, believe in me this is a real one. Cozy, simple & quite small place. I have chosen a capriccioso this time and I have literally enjoyed it. Delicious at the end and pretty rich in meat ingredients. They can not pretend to be nice priced pizzeria but it is... read more

While visiting Istanbul we went to several Turkish restaurants, and at some point we wanted something "normal". We found this restaurant as we got lost walking around and dropped in. Its a small and very nice restaurant that serves one of the best pizzas we have ever had! And the prices where very reasonable! Not forget, they also have free... More

Food-wise, Istanbul is a jungle of hideous, tourist-oriented, (frequently) unlicensed eating joints with enhanced pictures of unappetising meatballs. Or there are large windows with old women in surgical looking, white peasant disguise, their dusty feet poked through rustic coffee tables, rolling out "gözleme" (aka the blandest pancake in the world) - it's like Istanbul's equivalent of the red light area... A very small place with the tables too adjacent to each other. This causes discomfort when sitting and eating because either the visitors or the waiters hit you passing by. Especially on weekends you'd better do a reservation because you may not be able to find a table or have to wait long. There is a car park very near... More

We ordered the pepperoni pizza late one night after sightseeing all day. Fast delivery to our hotel, thin crust, delicious pepperoni and cheese. Big yum!

My Family and I had a delightful dinner here. I specially loved the buffalo Salad and the home made lemonade. It was very light and also very refreshing. We also had the Dana Peperoni, Pizza Vegetariana and Pizza Margarita. They were all great. The staff were very friendly and could speak English (which is rare in Istanbul!). The smiley faces...
