Best view of the Blue Mosque

Very beautiful and romantic. Staff was attentive. Menu was traditional food which was good. Would recommend.

Good views of the Blue Mosque especially at night - in daytime in the summer you will get fried. The food was eatable but indifferent compared to other local places like Sofa Café.

This neat, powder blue hotel boasts a roof-top restaurant with a great view of the Blue Mosque where you can enjoy some drinks and watch the Istanbul sunset. Worth a visit!

An exceptional view of the Blue Mosque which should be experienced at night - with dinner. The stuffed eggplant was the best ever and the wine list matched the quality of the food. Only thing better was the service.

We visited late afternoon and we're greeted by the most amazing views. Staff were friendly, and food was OK. Didn't matter though, we were totally blown away by the view!

My advice is make this a mandatory stop during your time in Istanbul. We visited the Blue House Terrace Restaurant on our first night in Istanbul where we saw the sun setting behind the Blue Mosque. A truly beautiful view that I will always remember! It was a great way to start our trip. The food was good, but not... More

The best best best terrace and food ever. From one side sea view from another side Blue Mosque. I closed my eyes and relaxed. By the way the music was the coolest calm and relaxing music ever. Thanks for your service and food :) Cheers !

We were all alone on this gorgeous rooftop terrace at about 2 in the afternoon, and based on the view we could not understand why the place was not packed at all times ! We only stopped by for drinks, which was more expencive than other places we visited (12 turkish lira for a small box of Efes). But the... More

Neighborhood Profile
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
