This is the best (by far) turkish food you would ever have in istanbul. It's a must for turkish cuisine lovers. From istanbul, it's better to take the ferry boat since by taxi it's tooooo far away.

I've been here with my girlfriend after a turkish guy suggested to go. I can't really understand why this place is so famous: prices are higher than in other restaurants, the food portions are small and the quality is slightly better than usual, but not that much. The waitress wasn't nice (but this happens quite often with tourists in Istanbul).... More

I've lived in Istanbul for six months and I've tried a lot of different restaurants but this is absolutely the best! It's a little bit more expensive than the other places but it's worth it.

This restaurant is by far the best option in all Istanbul to taste the real Turkish cuisine. Most of the foreigners think kebap as the key Turkish food but on the contrary kebap is the food of ainly south east of Turkey. Since Turkish cuisine is made up of a variety of regional specialties kebap cannot be the core. This... More

Located in the Kadıkoy Fish Mmarket (asian side) lively athmosphere, best food ever, good service. They deserve to be the best, they work hard for that and they are the best actually. Take your time, take a ferry, enjoy the ferry ride to kadıkoy, feed the seagulfs and get off at Kadıkoy. Walk 5 minutes through the fish market and... More

I had heard so much about this place and was really really enjoying my food up until the point I was charged 50tl for a small plate of food and a small water! It is a huge tourist trap as far as I'm concerned, delicious but because it is a point and order place and they price it by weight... More

This restaurant appeared in all the food blogs and articles we read about where to eat in kadikoy with favourable reviews. We tried 2 of the restaurants and the largest one we tried first was better than the small cafe type one although I think the food was the same menu! First visit we had sumac and mulberry sherbets which... More

The place commands 3 restaurant locations on the same block and it is located in the heart of the open air food market at Kadikoy. Outside seating is attractive if you like to be part of constantly moving traffic. The waiters are competent and big crowds is a challenge for them and they handle the demanding customers with few order... More
