Decided to give masal a try after passing it one night. The service was good and the food was very good. We shared a meze plate that hubby loved. I had alipasa kebab and it was delicious, my husband had lamb casserole which was also lovely. Good to sit outside to watch the passers by.

Since I was part of a tour group, the meals were already set for us. It was a simple but nonetheless, good enough lunch. The starter was good and tasty for a person who is not so used to eating Turkish food - it was mostly mashed/boiled veggies with tomato based flavours. Not at all spicy which was good. The... More

After experiencing so many mediocre restaurants and con artists, this tiny yet mighty restaurant is worth going to - just get past the rude hecklers from the other restaurants in the same alley. The food is gorgeous. The staff speak good English and have no problem recommending dishes as well. I highly recommend the Ali Pacha or tell them you... More

What greeted us was arrogant turkish lads who have no clue on how to treat a customer and further more the food was stale and pathetic. There is nothing good to write about this restaurant... avoid at all costs..

Had lunch with family in this place, was taken there as part of a day tour of Istanbul by our tour guide; the food was standard Turkish fare and quite good, the service too was ok with the waiters taking care. An ok place with nothing special

We loved this cafe. From the very first night we discovered this place we came back for the next four nights until we had to leave the next day. There is a band there with the traditional Dervish dancer and the music was amazing. Very relaxing also. The sheesha was spot on. For all you sheesha lovers.... This is the... More

We found this place accidentally while we were walking around Hagia Sophia, the Cistern and The Blue Mosquee. Its located beside famous "Casa Pedro" and the offer admissible dishes for a reasonable price (about 18€ per pax).

We enjoyed a great dinner in this restaurant, the food was very good and the service very attentive. We started with a meze plate which we shared, the food was great and the variety very interesting, this was followed by an excellent chicken dish and local bread. The wine was very good and all was a reasonable price. Recommended restaurant

On my Tour with She travel company, There was a lunch on the agenda the toke us there to eat, it's not simple to describe, but before I went there I was thinking the bigger the place, the more green. After going inside it's a wow from entering the door. Thankx
