Great menu. Great atmosphere.

Here you can find tasty food, the prices are normal. The staff is very kind. The service is fast. Inside there are cute objects and books. The dishes are different and you should try. There are many vegeterian options too

A lovely and quite place where you can have a delicious dinner listening to superb music while chatting with your friends! They have lots of choice for vegetarian and vegan people! The hummus is great and I really apreciate also the stuffed aubergine! The service is impeccable and the prices are really fair. Definitely reccommend it!!

After finally tracking the place down I enjoyed my meal but wasn't sure if I should. The staff seemed to genuinely be bemused why anybody would want to be there. They weren't exactly attentive and seemed surprised at the choices I made. Bread arrived eventually but without butter or dipping sauce and the corn bread especially was very dry. I... More

We found this place in a little side street, close to Istiklal. What an awesome gem. Fantastic Turkish food with a modern twist. Funky and simple interior. Friendly staff.

Hard to find. When we found it, we stared at it, as it looked so down at heel, was this the right place? One of Lonely Planet's top three in Istanbul? In the end we plucked up our courage and went in. The decor looked as though someone had had a paint party 25 years ago. Half the pot plants... More

Well if you wanna eat best local food in Taksim you should try this place. They have many options and price is okey. Very international place, and who works in there also friendly. Highly recommend

Very disappointing, saw the reviews here and lonely planet, there was no vibe though the decor was cute, food was one of our worst meals. Very bland, no flavours, meals came so quickly they were simply reheated in the back. Service was nice but not attentive. Big shame, would not recommend.

It was a couple of months ago when we visited Klemuri, but we really enjoyed the food and the wine. A small restaurant, we were not rushed and could enjoy our wine in peace. Tasty food, though I cant remember what we had. Would highly recommend.

Since one member in our group was vegetarian, we were really looking forward to try Klemuri. While Turkish food is great, most restaurants don't have a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans. This place offers multiple tasty options for vegetarians and vegans while offering healthy meat options for the rest. The food is yummy, the place is very cozy... More

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
