Ignore the Bourdain hype. It doesn't matter. This place stands on its own as one of the best hole in the walls you will ever be so lucky to stumble into. Wraps are so good we had to go back the next day for more. Great for take out or grab a stool and take it outside and enjoy it... More

This is not really a restaurant - more take away but you can sit down and watch the street life in Istanbul. We walked back to our apartment with all the flavours tingling in our mouth! Now 24hrs later and no ill affects. The wrap is done on a charcoal grill and adds to the flavour. So good!

This place has obviously made a name for itself. Get the double meat wrap option, it's well worth it - I think it's eight lira. What makes the wraps so fantastic is the wood fired oven they use - the meat is cooked to perfection.

I ate here six days in a row, that says all that needs to be said about this place. Try a salad with your dürüm, its nicely spiced and a great combination. We came here after seeing an episode of Anthony Bourdain. Loved it! Really tasty mixed meat platter with piping hot bread. All delicious and clean. Hope to eat here again before leaving.

Hi, generally I love Kebap,...specially our Istanbul-Trip was to try the original Kebap,...located by tripadvisor, with a bit help of Anthony Burdain, ....I tried ones.... went the a second and a third time. You have to try the Adana Kebap (take a double) and the lamb version, don´t know yet how they call it exactly...but you have to try... absolutly... More

Very traditional and good place. Difficult to find but to do! Nice people and very good food. Is then near the live music and cafes part.

Was amazing! Definitely one of the best kebabs I found in Istanbul, I had ordered one but ate two! Anthony Bourdain was right, it is a great find and a must have when you're in the city. The guys who worked there go out of their way to help and recommended the special,

Great kebab, friendly staff and service. Had the double adana and double tavuk - both spicy and excellent. They were out of outdoor tables so they amicably commandeered one from a neighboring establishment.

Solid shish in chicken, adana, beef or liver. Ate here a couple of times while in Istanbul. 10 lira for a double. Alway hot. Great service from the staff despite it being a takeaway joint. I would become obese if I had a place like this near my place back home.
