Ate here twice while we were in Istanbul. The staff were extremely nice and the food was the best we had here. Loved the Iskender Kebap and Shrimp Casserole!

We are gluten free and opted for calamari (not battered) and imam biyaldi from their appetizer menu. Both were good. Service was excellent and Mehmet was very friendly, helpful and charming without overdoing it (in the way that some waiting staff can do in Istanbul). We found tho restaurant walking around Sultanahmet, why drew my attention to it was no staff were shouting at you to dine at their restaurant. The hosts were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The food especially the baclava was beautiful.
