Nice small restaurant , great food and service

We prefer smaller restaurants to the huge barn type restaurants. The smaller restaurants provide better personalised service and generally have better atmosphere. This restaurant was just that. We had the testi kebap for 2 which comes in a clay pot and staff flame and open the pot in front of you... read more

The hosts were very familiar and friendly. The food delicious - especially the casseroles. Do we recommend this place? Of course! You will not be disappointed! If we ever - may it be so - come to Istanbul again we'll eat more than one dinner there. All the best to you! Magnus and Eva Staxäng, Göteborg, Sweden

My friend and I were getting to our hotel after a very busy day exploring istanbul and watching that late game of real madrid and galatasaray...As it was late, we didn't have dinner and all the restaurants were closed. Fortunately, there was Anatolia. As we walked by the restaurant, the owner has invited us to eat in there even if... More

The food was full of flavor and on top of that amazing customer service offered by the owners themselves. There food was so amazing that we ended up going there for 3 nights in... More

We wandered over shortly after arriving at our nearby hotel and stopped in because we were famished. Actually, not in, because we sat outdoors in the chilly March air warmed by their outdoor heaters. My wife got a chicken stew and I got beef. Both were wonderfully satisfying, and the sauces were great with the Turkish bread. The real hit... More

Our son and his wife, who live in Turkey, took us there the night we arrived. The food was great. 16 days later, on our last night, we went back on our own and the food was even better! There are a lot of restaurants in the area and they are all trying to drag you in. This one, in... More

We enjoyed it so much we went back the following night and everything was just as good. The steak is great value and beautifully cooked and presented.... More
