My friends and I came here for dinner and ordered the palace kebab and izkandor. The palace kebab was supposed to be for 2 people but fed the 6 of us with plenty left. It was basically a mixture of all different kinds of meats and pita bread. Would recommend this place for tourists!

Had two delicious meals at Antakya this week and felt like I was in someone's home! Was in Istanbul on a business trip and felt totally welcome dining alone. The first night I had a yummy lentil soup and patlican (eggplant) kebab. This is one of my favorite dishes and I can vouch that the presentation and flavors were great!... More

You guess that its just an expensive place near all those tourist attractions with okay food? You're wrong! Not expensive and the food tasted really amazing. We had mantı, pide and künefe there and all were extraordinarily delicious. As a turkish mantı fan, I can even say that it was the best mantı I have ever had. Plus everyone was... More

Popped in on a cold wet evening, the restaurant was pretty quiet. We ordered starters and main courses. The portions were small and the presentation was amateur, bread was not fresh, not stale, but not fresh, considering the waiter told us they were notorious for their bread, and made it for other restaurants. Other customers complained about the service as... More

We were looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon this restaurant. Since my wife and kid were tired we decided to go no further and take our chances with this one. Turned out to be a really nice surprise. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the ingredients. Food tasted good. For... More

We have visited the restaurant in February and the service was really great. And the food was absolutely delicious. If you will spend some time in Istanbul definitely visit this place.

Superb meal, delicately spiced meat and delicious fresh bread. Wonderful, friendly staff who want to make your dining experience as enjoyable as they can! Just off the beaten track in a quiet (in January) corner near the Grand bazaar. I would thoroughly recommend it!

We were looking for something with classic turkish food which was not too expensive. We found it here. In addition, the service was excellent - all of the staff spoke English and were knowledgeable, and the were also very friendly. A great experience overall. The only complaint would be the choice of music (pop), but it wasn't too loud.

We were walking back to our hotel (Doubletree in Old Town) and were looking at menus for dinner. We made a great choice! It was very nice place, the service staff was great at knowing the meals and making recommendations. My husband had an incredible dish that I can not remember the name but the closest thing I can compare... More
