Outstanding, delicious, marvellous and wonderful :-)

I saw a video on you tube that included this place and was happy to discover it was only a 2 minute walk away from my hostel. I had a plate of mixed lokum and an almond baklava. I had a great experience the staff were really kind, friendly and not pushy at all which is refreshing for Istanbul.

Ok, during our visit to Istanbul last week we have searched tripadvisor for a good baklava/sweets cafe, and very soon Hafiz Mustafa popped up with a high score and good feedback by tripadvisor reviewers. Well, when it comes to food and alike, there is a strong element of subjectivity. NO doubt that the place is impressive, it stand out, its... More

I had a wonderful experience there because I've eaten one of the most tasteful kadaif I have ever eaten in my life. The suff is good but I think they could have been a little more kind.

Must try this place for their puddings. They are delicious! We had dessert here 4 of the 9 nights we were in Istanbul. So many different options to try - so good!

Been to this amazing restaurant by accident. We were amazed by the detailed food description on the menu. Ordered a traditional Turkish pistachio baklava, which has strong pistachio flavour and crispy pastry. However, it's a little sweet for me. Sadly, the pistachio pudding we wanted to order was out of sold out. Shall try our luck again tmr. Overall, the... More

Since they're quite famous, all locations we went to were super crowded. Service was good. Although the staff in Sirkeci couldn't speak a lot of English they were very helpful and friendly. Baklava-wise, I can say I had better. Trust me, I've been eating baklava all my life and I'm really picky about flavor, texture and aftertaste. Their products are... More

lovely Turkish place, the baklawa was very good and fresh. They have a lot of dessert varieties. Sad no one spoke English to explain the menu more.

Trust me, my husband and I tried most of them and Hafiz Mustafa was bar-none, the best. The service is great, location spotless, the menu (an entire book) had photos of the most delish desserts and coffee you could imagine. I preferred the walnut baklava my husband liked the traditional turkish pistachio ... but the rice pudding and chocolate pudding-beyond... More

Enormous variety of delights and pastries creates so many temptations. Excellent Turkish coffee comes together well. Hospitable personnel will either serve your choice on the table or wrap assorted selection in a box for the flight.

My husband, sister and I went to the one at Sirkeci almost every day during our 8 day trip to Istanbul. The rice puddings are to die for. Try the ones with raspberry and also the chocolate with milk rice pudding. Wash it all down with a cup of Turkish coffe or chay and you'll be happy
