All their products are top quality, no doubt about that. The prices are reasonable and the hygiene is spotless. However, they need to improve on the service bit; a smile from the waiters will not cost anything. Sometimes the waiters are very busy and because of that they talk to more than one customer at the same time. This way... More

I do not like to eat sweets, but hafiz Mustafa broke my habit.. I could not resist yummy baklava. We tried many sorts of baklava and sweets and we end up with a bag full of sweets.

My wife and I stopped by late one evening on our way to the hotel. We were serviced with a plus and given an incredible package to take with us with 2 deserts in glass bowls - all for around 5 usd.

Had a brief pitstop here on the way to the Sulemaniye Mosque ... too brief! We managed to grab a table outside and I ordered a mixed selection of baklava. My family love the stuff so they were sold anyway ... but I'm not keen on the baklava based on stuff I've had here in London. However, Hafiz Mustafa soon... More

Forget counting the calories, just indulge yourself and taste as many different baklavas you possibly can because this is one of the best baklavas I had in Turkey. Take your time in reading the menu book before placing your order. The pistachio, walnut, chocolate baklavas and the halva accompanied with Turkish tea is must to satisfy your sweet cravings. Do... Try their puff pastry with pistachio and baklava ! You are going to love it ,kind staff. Although if you haven't try kazandibi , it's kind of risky to order it cause it has gamy chicken taste.

Thank Natalia P

Staying in Grand Bazaar

Neighborhood Profile
Grand Bazaar
Tourists, hawkers, and locals come together at the Grand Bazaar to comb its labyrinthine passageways in search of a bargain – be it a pair of brand name jeans, a handcrafted silk rug, or a perfectly brewed cup of tea. Outside the vast bazaar, worn, narrow streets wind their way down from its lofty perch to the southern shore of the Golden Horn, where the evocatively aromatic Spice Bazaar beckons alongside the elegant New Mosque (opened in 1665). Nearby, the famed Galata Bridge offers pedestrian access to urban delights across the river in Istanbul’s more residential and contemporary neighborhoods, while the must-see sights of Sultanahmet are but a leisurely stroll away.
