we came here for turkish tea and dessert a few times and it was great. Lots of options on the menu and the rice puddings are amazing! The service was nice too as the staff were kind. We also bought some turkish tea to take home. Only downside was no wifi. If we're ever in Istanbul again, we will definitely... More

Ate here every day - well, just a snack. Tried the baklava, the cakes, and the rice puddings. All excellent, can't fault them at all. Only a few outside tables early on, but they fill the street with tables in the evenings. Right next to the Sirkeci metro stop.

it was recommended from my friend that visit before and we had the most amazing turkish delight and baklava and Kunefe in Hafiz Mustafa in the old town of istanbul. There is a lot more than just that but the Kunefe especially. I recommend

Hafiz Mustafa has the reputation of being one of Istanbul's best confectioners and coffee shops, a reputation rightly earned for the quality of its food. The various desserts are beguiling, especially the puddings, the queen among them being their Ashure pudding. Their Turkish Delight is varied in its many flavours and delicious, as are their selection of baklava and other... More

I had high expectations. Didn't have a good experience. Besides, my girlfriend is allergic to nuts and ALL they had was with nuts. That drove me nuts haha. The orange juice was not worth it too. Wouldn't recommend!

Once we were walking from Sultanamhet to Taksim, and we were without lunch. The place was quite inviting, so we decided to have a break there before to take the tram. We have chosen for a Fıstıklı Çikolatalı (pistache and chocolate pudding) and Künefe (kind of baklava with cheese). They were simply awesome. So good that 2 days later we... More

I had really high expectations for Hafiz Mustafa, both based on my guidebook and based on the fact that Hafiz Mustafa always seems to be doing a lot of business every time we walked by. For me, however, this place missed the mark. We ordered the original pistachio baklava (#1 on the menu) and a selection of Turkish delight. The... More

We had the most amazing turkish delight and baklava in Hafiz Mustafa in the old town of istanbul. There is a lot more than just that but the baklava especially the coconut and almond onse (although not traditional) were very good. I recommend going for some lat night turkish dessert here.
