Aloran is found in an alley away from confusion and messy tourist tours. Quiet peacefull it is the one spot to enjoy a lovely meal and get some strengh back after long hours of wa I king and sight seeing. The place is cousy and the staff are very welcoming, only surpassed by their food. Will return there if ever... More

We ate here several times. The choice on the menu was excellent and catered well for vegetarians too. The food was lovely, well presented and cooked to order. The waiters were great fun. The service was practically instantaneous.

It's more quite than the other restaurants in the area but definitely worth going. Waiter was friendly, food was superb and house wine was the best! Fair price. Would come back. Highly recommend!

Found this small restaurant by accident (went somewhere else that night though - mistake!) and came back on the second evening to try it out. Lovely people, deft service, friendly without being overly familiar (very pleasant). We arrived quite early and got an outside table and stayed for several hours slowly munching our way through mezze, main course and coffee.... More

We went with our friends for three days in Istanbul and we searched for a restaurant where you can eat traditional Turkish food and have to admit that we are a bit pretentious when it comes to food . Doing a walk, we came across this restaurant which was in the top 5 on Tripadvisor and decided to have dinner... More
