This restaurant has a great atmosphere with delicious food and wine, chilled music and remarkable staff. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Istanbul. Eivor and Carlos.

We ordered one daal dish and was shocked to see the small portion that arrived! It would just about be enough for 1 person to eat. We had to order another daal dish. For 2 adults the daal and roti cost £20! I was shocked. Sooo overpriced! You would rather go mcdonalds or burger King and eat to your fill... More

Overpriced. Just completely and utterly over priced. Hommus was quite bland, naan bread was nice. I don't understand, though, how adding garlic to a piece of bread should justify a 5.50 lira increase from plain naan. In addition to this, soft drinks (6.50 TL) were more than three times the cost of just walking up to road to a street... More

Dubb Ethnic is in a quiet back street, with lots of small attractive looking hotels and shops. The building and outside eating area looks new and fresh and has a really relaxed ambience. The menu was of mixed cuisines with heaps to choose from. We had the mezze platter, beef and chicken kebabs for lunch. Very fresh and very delicious.... More

I stayed in Istanbul for one week and actually booked my hotel based on the proximity of this restaurant. I read the reviews on trip advisor and have to say the restaurant is excellent. Polite staff from the outset and excellent authentic indian food. I was travelling with my elderly parents who dont eat anything but punjabi food and young... More

This restaurant was next door to our Hotel (Avicenna) and for no other reason than it seemed lazy to go in the first eating place when walking out, we kept passing it by, even though it looked inviting. We first ventured in for a quick lunch one day and were so impressed we booked a table for that same evening.... More

Having read other reviews and feeling the need to eat something different(we live in Turkey so eat Turkish cuisine on a daily basis) we decided to seek out Dubb Ethnic on our short trip to Istanbul. The taxi driver found us a similar restaurant, also named Dubb the first evening, and we did have a nice meal, but still determined,... More

As vegetarians in Istanbul, this restaurant was a lifesaver! There are several vegetarian items, all of which were clearly marked as vegetarian on the menu. We ended up visiting several times during our time there. We never had a bad meal there.
