We stumbled on this restaurant after looking for somewhere to eat for hours . The food was fantastic. My very sweet lamb with pomegranate almonds and prunes was for me the most delicious taste of Turkey and one I will never forget! Thank you

Very touristy and our meals were pretty ordinary. Okay for people watching and a drink etc. It was very expensive for what you got.

Loved the inside of this restaurant.....the initial draw was the fact that it had a/c that was fully working in the heat of the day and free wifi! The food was excellent and lots of choice. Staff were polite and spoke English very well.

In the summer heat in Istanbul, this is a great place in the shade - between Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. Good food, ice cold beers and great drinks. You might hang out there for hours, watching people walk by - because you can :)

We ordered the grand mothers purse casserole, stuffed grape leaves and beer. Everything was delicious. The grand mother's purse casserole is served in a beautiful puff pastry.... More

We ate here several times and everything was always delicious. The staff is very attentive and the guy in the top hat is a riot! It was usually crowded outside but there is also seating inside.

Our food was good. My husband had a pizza with Doner meat, a thin kind of spiced lamb. The crust was crisp and the cheese was tasty. We have had pizza several times in Turkey and frankly they do a better job of it than many places in Italy. I had the Iskender kabob, and it was also good. They... More
