We never go to restaurants that are promoted by touts on the street...except for this time, and it was really worthwhile. A ride up the elevator, then another set of stairs and we emerged on a large terrace with the most amazing views of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the water. Had coffee, tea and a platter of baclava... More

The food is very average but you can not find a better view of the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul and the views of the Blue Mosque and the Marmara Sea are fairly astonishing as well. Go in the late afternoon before it gets busy. Have a drink (they will be among the most expensive you'll have in Turkey), if you... More

That was the most expensive visit in the restaraunt I have made in Istanbul. I took a look at the menu - prices were quite ok. Then I chose Dorado fish with the help of the waiter. Food was fine, but service and the final bill were not. Dorado fish costing 80$ In the coastal city? You have got to... More

There are a great many roof-top restaurants and bars in Istanbul, but on the way back from a day out my daughter suggested we tried this restaurant as from the ground it appeared to be busy and have good views. We were ushered into the tiny lift to the top of the building and were met at the top by... More

I've recommended this restaurant to everyone I know who goes to Istanbul. Great fish, better view. You can see both the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from their excellent rooftop deck, and easy walking distance from both. Its pricey for the portions, that's my only complaint. Not handicapped accessible, and the many steps could be difficult for the elderly.

We popped up here for a drink, and ended up getting two Meze's which was more than enough for our lunch! Yasin and Kenan (our waiters) we're lovely and welcoming. All in all it was a good experience- the views were spectacular - and we would be more than happy to return!

I was walking in Instanbul and by chance I met a nice face of a waiter in front of the Seven Hill Hotel . I noticed its magnificent roof restaurant . I thought to be there but I went away remembering the words of the waiter and his smile ; " as you can read here you 'll never forget... More

This is a perfect choice to have the best view of Blue Mosque and Hayia Sofia. The food is good. You should try the fried calamari.

The setting and views are second to none in this old part of Istanbul. Views of the Blue mosque, the Hagia Sofia and Bosphorus are hard to surpass, especialy at sunset. But they got it so wrong on all the other parts, Old and tired decor, and the same for the waiters. Most of the meze platters are pre-prepped and... More

Within a few blocks if the Blue Mosque is the restaurant with arguably the best view of Istanbul. Overlooking where the Golden Horn and the Bosporus join with the Haga Sofia and Blue Mosque on the inland side, dinner at 7 Hills is a magical experience. Be prepared for good to excellent food (if you have time the salt baked... More
