Cricket club is definitely for the cricket fan who will have all kinds of cricket memorabilia displayed in the spacious premises. The walls are lined with cricket photos of significance and this makes the restaurant more of a museum. The decor is nice and the restaurant is just off the busy duplication road which is quite busy by day. But the... More

There is always some sports event on one of the many TVs (4 in the bar area alone), and the walls are covered in cricketing memorabilia, which is probably a fun tour itself. The staff are usually very friendly from the moment you walk in, and even on busy days, are usually very good about attending to whatever you may... More

Good atmosphere. The tables outside are perfect for the sunny afternoon and if you wish you sip on a chilled beer. The structure of the place is very much identical to an English pub and the management are doing a good job in maintaining the place. The only criticism is the potion size was rather small.

Great service, but average food and not the best prices in town. A plate of wedges, 2 portions of baked crab (not enough crab meat ) and a modest bottle of red wine - Rps 9000. There are better priced restaurants in the area. having said that, the CCC is a fun place to be in and there's always a... More

One of my favorite lunch time spots. Nothing fancy but just good food at a comparatively good price. Food arrives pretty quickly and they give kids crayons to keep them occupied in the meantime. If you have ever heard of a sport called cricket, you must try out this place even only for it's atmosphere and all the genuine memorabilia... More

My wife and I had a few drinks and dinner here while in Colombo. The prices aren't the cheapest but its a fun place to linger over a pint of two. The food is decent pub grub with a cricketing twist. It won't bowl you over but its good for Western fare if that what's you are looking for and... More

The Cricket Club Cafe is a fun place to have dinner and/or drinks for cricket lovers. In the car park there are signposts with distances to major cricket grounds. And inside the walls are covered with photos of international cricketers who have visited. The menu is very long and every item has a cricket reference, which is amusing. The burgers... More

I like this pub, it has nice food, big portions and variety of beers. The atmosphere is relaxing with wooden barrels and is a nice place to have a couple of beers after work. Well, the prices are ok, its not cheap and it is too bad that they don't have happy hour. As they are in the city center, I... More

My wife and I had dinner here on our first night in Colombo. I had the Border burger & my wife had a chicken and mushroom pie. There is lots of memorabilia & a lot of it is Australian. If you like cricket, this place is a must. Food was good& reasonably priced. The service was also good.

The ambiance here is varied depending on where you sit. The indoor section is divided between a family-friendly dining area (canvassed in cricket memorabilia) and a British-style pub replete with wood paneling and Carlsburg on tap. Outside, a little colonial veranda (sometimes crowded) sits next to a garden area that could probably use some more flora. The cuisine at Cricken... More
