However friends whom I have gone with or otherwise have always spoken well about this restaurant and I have yet to hear a negative about them. Keep... More

Got together with old university friends, and enjoyed every minute of it. It is definitely expensive, but worth each penny due to its cosy atmosphere and food!

The place has its own atmosphere. a leisurely pace calm and soothing layout nice music, you just want to sit there and unwind or as the youngsters say "chill". The food is of good quality but not out of this world. prices on the good side. However, what keeps drawing in is is the atmosphere.

Very good place for hanging out with friends and even for business meetings. They offer a wide variety of tea. The breakfast menu is good offering several types of omelets, pancakes and waffles. Most highly recommended are their French toasts.

Being a frequent Chaye Khana customer i have felt that the standard of service is declining day by day. Food is good but staff usually seems confused during rush hours.

Famous for different types of tea. Breakfast items are highly recommended specially potatoes' parathas with shami kebabs.

First the positives. The place is great, the people that generally circulate in this restaurant are great. The amazing array of choice especially when it comes to the tea selection is great. The staff is great. The ambiance is great. So whats wrong with it? Well to start off, the main item on the menu i.e. tea, while available in... More

On my visit to Islamabad this year, my friends took me to a couple of cafes that have invaded the capital city's Markaz in a very short period of time. Rnaging from internationally recognized Gloria Jeans Cafe to the local tea Dhaba. Somewhere in between is this hub of the so called Pakistani intellectual youth called Chaye Khana. Located on...
