Hotspot is a must visit for anyone passing through Islamabad. Tucked into the middle of F6/4, this cafe/restaurant/ice cream bar is inside an old train car. The decore is a large number of local artist's rendition of movie movie posters, but in miniture. The inside is covered in a large number of local artist's rendition of movie movie posters, but... It was a nice place to take a dessert, or a snack but I wont recommend this place for a dinner. We could see a lot of youngsters hanging around.

I felt that their original cheesecake was a bit mediocre, definitely not the best cheesecake that I've had. However, try coupling a slice of the red velvet cake with a scoop of French Vanilla Ice-cream, for a mouth watering experience. I would also recommend their apple lemonade.

The Hotspot trailer at the end of Street 7, F-7/3 has been a favorite haunt for young people for the past decade or more. Usually quieter on weekdays. Too many young people on Friday evenings and weekends so it can get rowdy. Love the interior and the ambiance. It is a very relaxed place for desserts, coffee, ice cream or... More

If you want good dessert, there is no question, come here! Hot Spot is a cool quirky place to hang out, the walls are covered in kitschy posters you can purchase. I always order the apple crumble - my personal favourite. I have tried their chocolate squidgy cake too which is quite good and the brownie with ice cream which... More

I thought it would be a wonderful place to hang out with wife and family. Very nicely tucked on the side of a hill overlooking SaidPur. The staff belong at a petrol pump. Lousy with poor desire to make anything. Teas tasted like he made it from dish-water. Hot chocolate was poor as well. At least kids enjoyed the hill-path... More

Ive been there a few times now, and each time the desserts been great. I had the frozen yogurt and friends and the mocha ice cream and the dark chocolate muffin. Everyone loved the food. The ambiance is retro 60s with punjabi pop thrown in. Eating both outside or inside is pleasant. Service is great, and if you want free... More

The hamburger was average, and the chicken burger the same. The desserts were actually better though. I would still go there for a burger but not expect so much; its not a GOURMET place, just a sandwich joint with decent desserts.
