Crepes flambe the way it should be done

After a disappointing experience with crepes at the Bistro Francais, we were informed by a resident source that crepes could also be had at Le Triskell just up the street. The location is in the block just north of the Parliament building at Sukhbaatar Square. It turned out to be a worthwhile... read more

After a great first visit, I went back and agree with what some other reviewers wrote - I was so disappointed that the waitstaff were literally all sitting around a television set watching what appeared to be a soap opera of some sort. The quiet relaxing atmosphere that I experienced previously was gone - perhaps because the owner was not... More

I had a few bad dining experiences while in Mongolia, so this place made me feel like I hit the jackpot the night before I left Mongolia. Good crepes, attentive, English-speaking staff, and nice atmosphere. I had the lemon and sugar crepe as well as the caramel and salty butter crepe. I crave them again now that I'm home. Had... More

What a lovely little place! I had the lemon-sugar crepes and they were delicious. Great, intimate atmosphere for drinks with friends.

I had a dinner in this restaurant. Well, the waitress there didn`t know English, so another guy came who turned out to be very friendly and knew a good language. I ordered a T-bone stake as suggested by him. The meat turned out to be a little dry. However, overall the dish was good with amazing sauces they offer. And... More

Had to visit Le Triskell more than 20times . Cafe's atmosphere should be so cute because of interior, french music, and wonderful food. Especially many thanks to french director who is very hospitable and friendly. But when director is not there, staff are acting like crazy people. French music is can not be heard because staff want to watch mongolian channel... More

I have read some of the comments here, and from my part being in Ub for several months, Triskell is a restaurant where I people meet just to enjoy the friendly staff, and attention of the owner Mr. Yannick. The food always was good, taste was very authentic to Breton food, I must admit I prefer a smaller restaurant that... More

I think that the pancakes – crêpes – are excellent and authentically French, I enjoy the cider and the atmosphere is informal friendly and everything is good quality. Maybe the prices are slightly high for what you get but it still adds up to a cheapish evening overall

Exceptional french restaurant in UB, fantastic food and extremely friendly service! Its like being in Bretagne in the middle of UB. Whenever I am in UB I always go to Le Triskell.

Le Trisquell is friendly, cosy French restaurant close to Sukhbaatar Square. The food is tasty and reasonably priced.
