It's chaos all round, waiters are running from one table to the other, definitely lunchtime. The atmosphere is great, with an very international crowd. The staff is very friendly and speaks English well enough. I had a very tasty tuna sandwich and my girlfriend a club sandwich with a vanilla shake. Quality of the food was really good. It's not... Delicious, unpretentious short-order food representing outstanding value: it is no wonder that Millie's attracts both bankers and backpackers, ex-pats and locals. During the lunch-time peek there is not a free seat to be had, but late morning there is time & space to relax and meet the manager, Daniel from Havana and and his Mongolian wife, who greet their guests... Millies is difficult to find, depending on your navigational skills. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the food is great. Different specials every day. Milkshakes made the right way, smooth and creamy...not thin and watery. I have been here a few times and Millies is a place where you can have a good meal.

Tucked away in a quiet road not far from the centre of UB, Millies is a great place to catch up on your e-mails over several cappuccinos and a slice of cake or a very large wrap.

After a 7 day tour to the eight lakes of Mongolia we where craving for American food!! We found Millie's cafe on trip advisor and decided that we did not mind walking a bit further out of the city center to have great food! It's not that easy to find but if you finally do it's worth the walk! Great... More

Located close the Choijin Lama Temple, it serves great food. I've been here with both my family and friends and every time the service has been great, the staff speak very good English and go out of their way to meet your needs. Having been out in Mongolia for over a month now I've come here at least 11 or... More

There's a lot of hype about this place but actually the coffe was decent, not more, and the cake i took was in the same range. I was relatively disappointed.

I've been coming to Millie's on and off ever since visiting Ulaanbaatar. Great sandwiches and milkshakes. I still remember their moussaka from years back. Highly recommended.

We went to Millie's twice in one week while in UB--a testament to the food. This is a great breakfast/lunch/coffee spot and I highly recommend. When you're craving a little western-style food, find Millie's. It's located within easy walking distance of Sukhbaatar Square.
