After reading reviews of this restaurant, I knew that I had to eat there. I wasn't disappointed, but there didn't seem to be anything to get excited about. Everything seemed very basic and it seemed just like an ordinary restaurant

Millie's was a breath of fresh air to stumble into as I accidentally came across it after visiting the Chojin Lama temple across the road. I was craving a western style breakfast and got a delicious Western sandwich (Spanish omelette on thick toast) and a green tea. Menus in English, quick service and a good range of desserts seen. Will... More

I can see how expats would like this place. Serves the kind of food you would get in an American Diner & the food is good. The place is clean & service is attentive. I also appreciate that this kind of food is a little scarce in UB. I had been looking forward to it, but found it disappointing and... More

When I first arrived in UB the choices were limited and Millies was a great place to go. The food remains of the same good standard, but sadly does not do much to differentiate it away from the opposition, of which there are numerous places now. It remains a good place to go, good ambience and you are sure to... More

The food is fine, the service too, at this UB institution. I had passable bean burritos. The expats went for the burgers and shakes. I paid the bill - about $12 per person at the current (very advantageous) rate of exchange.

Know Millies now for 13 years and it remains a joy to come. It has always been crowded at lunch time, that's the way it is. Better get used to it. In the early days it was one of the few restaurants you could go to. Now it is a place you want to go to. My every visit to... More

One of most popular restaurants for western folk in Ulaanbaatar. but over the years a lot more Mongolians also visit. Cuban owner. Best Huevos Rancheros I have had even including Mexico, and chicken burritos great. Very good burgers and daily soups. Excellent value, in well light, clean, no smoking atmosphere, surrounded by indoor plants, including lemon and coffee producing trees.
