Have to say this place lived up to reviews on line and in the guide book. The sandwiches and pastries were delicious and reasonably priced and comparable with others in the city. We would certainly be back!

I had heard good things about this place....fresh croissants and good espresso....Not really. The croissants look and taste as frozen bread thrown in the oven, plain and dry, and the choc au pain was uncooked in the bottom. The coffee was very standard for Mongolia, tasted like old coffee to be honest...The "waitress" was a teen girl clearly not interested... More

I had been looking forward to go there ever since I read about it in the lonely planet, but it was a little disappointing. The chocolate croissants were finished so we had a quite nice chocolate roll and a plain croissant mm the croissant only looked like one on the outside, it just tasted like a breadroll. The coffee was... More

Name is changed and now called Le Boulogne. Don't know if owner changed but now only offer for breakfast limited selection of croissants. Atmosphere very casual. OK but not worth a special trip

unfortunately they did not have eggs when I was there, so I couldn't get a crêpe nor omlette ... coffee was great and my petit pain au chocolat was ok too

Best coffee I had in Ulaanbaatar was at this cafe. Very friendly and welcoming vibe. The pastries are all pretty good too!!

We had delicious crêpes here, both savoury and sweet. A nice taste of France in the heart of Mongolia.

You won’t find a better place to have coffee in UB. The bakery is also the city's top quality, and the prices are most reasonable, in this place that emphasises more the friendly “like home” atmosphere than the usual stereotyped Starbuck-ish venues. It is one of the only places where I can actually meet people in UB, probably because of... More

Four colleagues. All four had a "Parisian sandwich". All liked it and in fact were pleasantly surprised. I liked my late. Small cup, great taste. Sandwich and drink for about US$5.60. The place is a bit cramped and the benches sag a bit. But for a quick hearty lunch this seems a good place. I also tried their apricot flan.... More

It's a quiet haven for a cup of coffee and a genuine ham/ salad roll or some good soup. Simple fare but hard to find in UB. It's a little out of the way (down an alley way off Peace Ave) but worth searching for if you crave something familiar.
