We had an assortment of cakes and pastries, which were nice. The staff was friendly, and eager to serve.

This little gem serves the best tasting coffee in town...and you can buy a pack before you leave. Hot strong and well prepared...service takes a little longer than at other places but worth the wait. A very good selection of cakes, tarts and croissants and other lunch style items on the menu...my favourite is the citrus tart but if you... More

Happened upon this place whilst staying at a hotel across the road during the dreaded Thai visa run. Hit the place up for a decent coffee and very good pastries, didn't eat any meals there, it sort of looked like a heat n eat menu, many of the meals were in the display cabinet, so if you ordered one, it... Was here for tea after walking around the city and temples the whole afternoon. The atmosphere is quiet and cosy and the tea is nice. Wifi is available for browsing on the phone. As nice place to hide from the sun and enjoy a sip of tea.

The restaurant décor is very nice but that's about all that's good about this place. I ordered a beef lasagne which turned out to be a huge mistake. The restaurant had about 4 customers and 8 members of staff but sadly the staff were more interested in talking or playing on there phones than taking care of paying customers. I... More

We just went there for a latte and it was nice. The service was a bit 'stiff' though. The location is central and close to the Mekong. the only downside is that the restroom is 'next door in the bike shop' and when I went there, someone was sleeping in front of the door (upon me waking him up I... I stopped in to Café Sinouk yesterday. And ordered the Ham Sandwich and a Coffee Banana Frappe. The sandwich was made with a yummy baquette, crunchy on the outside, but nice ad soft and chewy on the inside. Just a simple sandwich with a little cucumber, ham, cheese, mayo. But tasty. And I think it was 22,000 kip for a... More

Had a poor breakfast in our hotel so wandered down to the Mekong where there are a number of French style patisseries. We stopped at this one because it is located on a corner and sat outside had great patisseries and wonderful coffee and just watched the world go by. Excellent wifi reception too so we hardly spoke but instead... More
