Great beers, good food, top service!

Amazing beer selection! They have around 100 and the owner selected a few for us to try after listening to our preferences. We both had moules frites, it came in very generous portions and was delicious. The beers we had were fantastic, and took us back to our Christmas trip to Belgium. The... read more

Because of the heat we dined in the rear of the restaurant in the a/c area off the street where the smokers are. It was pleasant and the waiter was very attentive, informative, and friendly. This is a tourist restaurant, but the food is is done very well, and the beer selection is wonderful.

We were craving some Belgian wit beer so decided to give this place a try. It had a great variety of beers (which was very impressive, given you're in a small city in SEA) and a cool setting. We sat outside and enjoyed our beers with one of their desserts (very tasty). Hope you enjoy!

Service and food fantastic - great position next to the Mekong . Best selection of beer in town. Staff are really helpful and the food was yummy with a wide selection of both local and french inspired delights.

Cute place with cool Tin Tin memorabilia. Lots of beer choices and a big mussel menu. Nice food and good portion size. If you want something different from Asian fare this is a good choice.

Cozy cafe a street back from the night markets. Food was good, range of beers excellent, music - meh. Listening to French music, eating new Zealand mussels and drinking Belgian beer and Thai soda water. Reasonable valie to boot.

Tintin (and Snowy) would really love this place, the steak was excellent, the chips were better than I have had in many places in Belgium and the range of beers on offer was outstanding. The owner was working behind the bar and tending tables. Thoroughly delightful experience.

I don't even drink and I love this place, which speaks to how good the food is. It's one of the few bars in Vientiane with a classic pub type atmosphere- conversation easily flows between tables of strangers, you can show up alone and find someone to keep you company, and the open air seating in the front and on... This place is located near to Mekong River, this beer bar offered a great variety of beer. The speed for serving the food is a bit slow, nevertheless the food is nice and tasty. There are a lot of customers, trying out the different beers so can imagine the popularity of this beer bar. Highly recommended for an ice cold... More

After travelling around for 4 months I was starting to miss my home in Belgium, miss the real fries and the good beers. Nice Belgian pub, good food( stew, fries, moules frites) and all the belgian beers you can think of! Almost for every beer the right glass as well! A little bit of belgian in Laos.
