After reading all the good reviews about this place, I thought I would try it for myself. I have to say they are right, this place serves really tasty food that leaves you totally satisfied. That combined with the fact that the staff are so friendly and accommodating won me over. The dessert menu deserves a special mention, it was... More

Eating my way through the top 10 TA restaurants in no particular order, I decided to try this place for dinner. From the moment I walked in to the end if my meal, there was nothing to complain about. The service was fast and the staff did not hover around you. The food itself was cooked to perfection and absolutely... More

It is located just next to Noy's fruit Haven and opposite Lao Kitchen. I find it hard to believe that I have missed this restaurant after having frequented Lao Kitchen for the 8 months I have been in Vientiane. It doesn't look like a running business from outside. After walking in, I immediately felt at home in the friendly and... More

This is by far the best meal I have had in a very long time. I can't believe I have not tried this place before. This place in my opinion deserves to be in the top 3 restaurants in Vientiane. Quality food and excellent service all at a very reasonable price!

Visited Vientiane for the first time in July and spent the better part of our 6-day trip looking for places to eat since there was not much to do in the city. Yulala was highly recommended on Tripadvisor so we went there for dinner one night - boy were we in for a treat ! The desserts were the most... More

Really tasty fresh meal. I had the chicken salad with rice which was amazing. My boyfriend had the potato croquette which was equally as good. Both the chocolate desert and cheesecake were delicious. Service was excellent and friendly. Overall paid approx 200,000kip which is slightly more than usual but well worth it :)

Having lived in Vientiane and tried all the restaurants can say that Yulala is the best, it's quiet with a little jazz or classical music, very clean and the Aya & Hisaya are the nicest people you will ever meet. Now this is a Japanese restaurant and for those who know a little about Japanese cuisine, know that in japan... More

Travelling with a vegetarian in south east asia is a delicate affair with very few restaurants not understanding why anyone would want to forgo meat in there food (heck even the bhuddist monks in this area have become carnivores) so its nice to find the odd restaurant that will provide an ample selection of vegetarian options alongside their meat orientated... We arrived around 8:30pm so itwas quite busy but we got some seats on the floor on some really comfy cushions. My wife had the marinated chicked salad and I had the potatoe and chicken patties and we ordered the famous rice with pickled veg. The food was first class and so tasty. The rice was so good we ordered... More
