An excellent deal for those who are looking for cheap and simple French cooking at lunch! But the staff is not very welcoming, and the food miss some delicateness. Overall, a cheap option for the lunch (choose a table on the terrace, coz the atmosphere inside is...weird)

Good French food in a pleasant atmosphere. The desert souffle alone is was worth a visit. Not cheap but reasonably priced for the quality of the food.

Food was ok, but nothing special. Service was slow. However, the restaurant was open late at night when most other places were closed, so it's a convenient stop for a late dinner

I don't like French food or the fuss French make about their food and prefer Lao food but this place has good pastea and great ambiance on a small street so worth a visit even for a coffee

On my first night in town this place was recommended to me by a local expat. Tired from flying and it being right around the block from my hotel it was a no brainer. I almost walked by it, since at night it is on a quieter block. It's menu is basically everything you could want. Maybe jet lagged, I... More

I frequently go to this restaurant because I have not been disappointed yet. Admittedly I haven't tried everything on the menu however the meals that I have had were consistently pleasing to the senses and the atmosphere is excellent. Anywhere you can go to eat then have a quick nap on the couch with the family seems very relaxed to... More

Poor pizza. Nice staff And nice atmosphere, but for the price, pizza really not worthy. After 3 week a in Asia we were longing for Italian food, but aparently we made the wrong menú choice. Maybe their French food is better...

Excellent set Lunch menus. You have to look at the last 2 pages in the menu to find the set menus...Superb value for money. They have a nice verandah for out-door seating's.

Le Vendôme is a nice little French restaurant in Vientiane. Here they have soufflés, pâtés, salads, wood-fired pizzas, terrines and steaks. Had cheese soufflé which was delicious. The deco is nothing much really, decorated with vintage bull-fighting posters. It reeks old and duct but it is part of the experience I guess. Restaurant is frequented by bagpackers, local expats, as... More
