As a recommended restaurant me and my friend decided to try, my food was given to another table and sat there for 20 mins until they asked me if I'd eaten at which point they took the meal from the table back to the kitchen before serving it to me, when questioned they said it wasn't being lied to is... Best breakfast i have had in phnom penh. :) will definitely go again. The prices are very fair and the staff is very friendly. It opens at 7 in the morning so great breakfast spot.

Trying to choose a restaurant among the myriad assembled around our area was a daunting task. Luckily, my wife and I chose this diamond in the rough. It is a small restaurant run by a young couple. My wife has a sauteed squid dish and I seafood plate. The food was very good and very cheap. The restaurant was very,... More

Much as I would like to promote a Cambodian restaurant, I would have to agree with Thelonius's comments earlier. It is average at best, I have been a few times and although cost has never been an issue for me, I have been shocked by the miniscule size of steak I have been given for $10, especially if you consider... Ok I'll start on the staff, sonny and his wife and family are so friendly! And welcoming, went here once a day at least as they deserve our business, the food from pasta to salad and especially the beef Wellington and lamb shank are the best food we had in South East Asia not just Cambodia! Cooked PERFECT! I'm head... More

My favorite place to eat in all of PP! Obviously the Beef Wellington and Chicken Dinner dishes are extremely good and an excellent value for the money (ry the roasted pork too ;), but I am in new love with their delectable pizzas and salads (real greens, not iceburg!!). I am always trying new things on the menu and have... More

They will do what you need and more, just ask. All the chicken is great and some people rave about steak.

I've read some of the reviews and some are saying that they had a bad experience with the food or the staff, I guess Chat and Chew suffers from some inconsistency across the menu as well as the service. My personal experience was exceptional however. I went after reading a "great beef Wellington review" and had nothing but eyes for... More

I think this is one of those places where you're looking for an amazing ambiance you can skip. It's on a backpacker street and priced accordingly. The difference is the quality and taste of the food which of the 5-6 dishes I have tried (I've been there more often but stick to favorites.) I recommend their Chicken Cordon Blue $6... More

A couple of unconnected friends have recommended this place, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. Being on one of the backpacker streets that have sprung up in the last few years, I wasn't expecting too much. The walls are a collage of paintings and photographs, with Khmer boxing being the main focus of the photos.... More
