Different from the city's other popular tapas places such as Doors or Metro, the Latin Quarter is old fashioned comfy and casual. No air con or minimalist decor, it's open air with couches and dancefloor. The food is simple and hearty, rather than refined, but tasty nonetheless. All dishes that i tried, the seabass ceviche, the chorizo and the oxtail... More

Great location, not far from Daughters Cafe, lovely art deco building, lots of atmosphere, but so-so food and average service.

Food in Cambodia is delicious, whether you're on the side of the road perched on a miniature plastic stool slurping a soup or Latin Quarter. From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you cannot help but gasp "wow". It's set in an old house - the type you would dream of living in. The Spanish dishes are true delights... More

Food is authentic. Tapas reasonably priced but paella too pricey for diners familiar with this dish.

I heard from a friend that The Latin Quarter had changed and was even closed for a while for renovation. I was happy to hear that because what they had before was terrible. I went there last week to give another chance and I was moderately surprised. Obviously you can feel and taste the new hands in the kitchen, who... More

The positive first: all our tapas dishes were very tasty. We had scallops, marinated olives, potato bravas, garlic bread, cannelloni, chorizo, and cornbread with beef. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite serving good food Latin Quarter has some room for improvement. The hot tapas menu was not very extensive, and they were out of empanadas (at 7:30 pm). Furthermore,... More

It was a bit more expensive than what we usually pay but still way cheaper than home. The food was superb and beautifully presented. A good place for a treat after street food and little cafés
