Yummy Yummy

The pies are great - fresh baked and full of great fillings...... My favourite is the chunky beef pie although the vegan option is also another winner. They also sell great muffins, try the banana nut muffin. Great taste, great value

As a former residents of the Pie Capital of the World, Wigan Lancashire UK, and frequent Worldwide travellers. We have just sample chunky beef and chilli beef pies. Delicious. You not only beat us at rugby league but we would think you are equal to us with the pies. Why not expand your range!!! Meat and potato, cheese and onion.... More

My kids get so excited when they hear we are getting Pelican pies. We all love them. The Khmer woman who always serves us is so happy and friendly and she gives my children free cookies. The fillings are all homemade and they have a good variety. Good for hangover days, or any day at all.

i cannot judge the pies. i ordered chunky meat pie and french fries for take away at the st 278 outlet. the cambodian lady asked me to sit down and then...turned to her cat, fed her, talked to her. that was when i left. obviously taking care of the cat was more important than attending a customer.

As I was walking down the sreet I could not believe my eyes when I saw The Pelican Food Company shop.I had to stop and go inside.I have always considered myself a pie connoisseur since a very early age.To my surprise I found a fellow Aussie and in fact a fellow Adelaidean running the shop. The pie and chips were superb... Had the steak and pepper pie there last week. The pies were really, very peppery and tasty. Good value indeed. Mainly take-away which is nice as I had to go to work. It is really hard to find quick take-out here that is not Khmer so I was very impressed.

Im a New Zealand guy, with years of eating the best pies in the world. I visited the pie shop this afternoon, and ordered a chunky beef pie, hot chips and coca-cola. Being greeted with a warm welcoming cambodian motherly smile I chose the chunky steak over the steak and mushroom pies. I decided to myself, that if the first... More

This pie shop was close to our hotel and seemed such a novelty we could not resist. We tried a few of the pies such as meat, steak, and chicken curry. We were a bit disappointed, but then we are in Cambodia after all. The pastry was very dry, and there was little gravy in the pies to compensate for... More

Ive eaten a lot of pies in my time, Im Australian after all. The pies at this place in Phnom Penh of all places is the best pie Ive ever had. The pastry was just right and the filling was delicious. Plenty of meat in the chunky beef pie that I had. I didnt expect this from a small shop... More

After weeks traveling in Asia, although the food is fantastic, sometimes something as simple as a meat pie can taste like a banquet. Being an Aussie ,finding this little shop made my day. The selection was great and the owner ( Australian of course) told me he's expanding his range of Aussie "Delicacies". Next visit I'm going back to see... More
