You can find good breads and there are many flavors of ice cream. Upstairs is an interesting seating area, including outside tables that look toward the river. The food is good, the staff is helpful, but overall there is -- for lack of better explanation -- a poor use of space. Despite some interesting furniture upstairs, the overall ambience is... More

A must try if you're near one. Try their cakes and ice cream but nothing special about it. Cheese cake is good. One of Phnom Penh's best dessert places.

As an italian Australian I had been missing a good bowl of pasta while traveling through south east Asia. I was very wary to try the pasta anyway but after seeing the blue pumpkin in my lonely planet guide I thought to give it a go! I had the spaghetti bolognese and it wasn't too bad! We went to the... Prices rather high for the area. Since it provides Western style food - it is frequented by most Visitors/Travelers. Expect to pay higher. Staff is lacking in understanding English, but they are always eager to give you the bill. Do the math ahead of time, so that you do not get short changed. Quality food with quality prices. Location is... More

Blue Pumpkin is a relaxing restaurant for a quick lunch away from the chaos of Phnom Penh. The restaurant is clean with friendly service and delicious food. The chicken satay is my favorite and I recommend finishing off your meal with a chocolate eclair. Tasty for sure. 7 of us ate for $53 which included 4 desserts and smoothies.
