Have visited the Blue Pumkin many times, at each visit in Phnomh Penh we go there for a meal. Food was very good, prices ok. Service got a bit complaisant and not overly friendly. Place is always full with expats, definitely worth a visit if you are new in town, looking to connect with people

8:20am. Great view on the Tonle Sap river from the first floor; Aircon fine. BUT...Substandard breakfast. French set - Butter is hard, impossible to spread, baguette cold. Strawberry jam found in the cheapest of all brands. Asked for sultana with raisins - none available. Milk in small cup was very cold for my Americana coffee. WIFI worked on Macbook air,... More

I used to love blue pumpkin but i think this location is not being kept up. Go to the one in BKKI instead. The bathroom isn't as clean and the AC wasn't working well when I was there. Other patrons also complained that they were hot but the staff couldn't do much about it. But the baked goods were delicious...the... More

Amazing location spot on the Sisowath Quay, perfect for breakfast. Watch the Tonle Sap river and enjoy the Parisian set with chocolatine for example. Ice creams are just so good there too, so chill out in the afternoon in this nice setting. The staff is ever so friendly, it's just amazing!

I am a regular at one of the Blue Pumpkin branches, and love their wide price range, which can suit a person on a budget as well as a person with modestly deep pockets. A croissant, at $1.00, is delicious; the Croque Monsieur and Quiche Lorraine are substantial. The waiters/waitresses are a delight: smiling, friendly, intelligent. The Americano coffee at... More

You will find Blue Pumpkin restaurants all over Cambodia. They serve a mix of local and western foods - you can order amok and spaghetti bolognaise in the same breath. The food is over-priced and not amazing. However, the restaurants themselves are comfortable, air-conditioned and have wi-fi. So while they are not a great part of your trip, they are... More

Cosy, good drinks, nice service. Whatelse could we ask for? Large choice of ice-cream and very comfy sofa. The place you wish you had discovered earlier.

Love the ice-cream. Very good quality, always good whenever I visit over the past 8 years. Good sized serving, prices have creeped up a bit though. Highly recommended if you like gourmet ice-cream.
