Armand Gerbié’'s bistro is next to the blind massage parlour, the pub with free wifi and across the road from the old market. The food may be expensive by local standards but from any other standard I haven't seen prices like this since 1967 in Paris. A superb Cote de Rhone is $89.Look the appetisers and desserts are great but... More

Enjoyed a great dinner for 3 at this well renowned steakhouse. As expected the quality was exceptional. Delicious sides and sauces with a nice enough wine list. If at all the wait for the main was a little long but if you are not hurry its well worth it.

Armand is a stylish French bistro located about 200 metres past the 'old market' away from the Riverside. The ambiance is good, the service professional, and the meat dishes and desserts excellent. The bistro being 'tres francais,' cigarette/cigar smoking is positively encouraged - so if you find that an issue probably best to go elsewhere. Prices are reasonably expensive.

Maps took me to a reastaurant 200 meters away, but found the place. Food was nice, had the chataubriand with foie gras sauce, very good. Sadly I had to leave the restaurant before I could finish, due to some rude idiot lighting up a cigar in a small closed environment, plus cigarette smokers, how on earth can you allow smoking... One of the most famous Steak Joints and French Restaurants in Cambodia. The Chateaubriand is to die for. Very pricey by Phnom Penh standards but hard to argue with the quality of the meal. Service is adequate but not spectacular.

The ambiance was really cozy and relaxing perfect for those romantic dinner for two. The steak was perfectly cooked paired with a glass of wine and soothing background music- my girlfriend and me really enjoyed the night. Service crews are very accommodating.Cheers! Armands.

Small and typical French restaurant in the heart of Phnom Penh. I advise you the steak Armand style.Nice atmosphere and the owner gives a nice touch to the overall experience.

We always start our trip to Phnom Penh with dinner at Armand. Very French which is both good and amusing, no, you can't have anything that is not on the menu, but I like the eccentricities. We do splash out and the food is always good but the foie gras starter I had last time was small, not that good... More

Title says it all. Very good and about $70 for two with drinks and appetizers included. House red wine is great.

Armand is an institution and quite famous in Phnom Penh. Maybe the reputation as one of the capital's premier dining places was well-deserved in the past, but things have certainly changed. We ordered the steaks and got them cooked in front of us with fire and everything. However, the meat was not of good quality and had a strange taste... More
