Regular customer at that place, so far no issues, except last night when my friends and myself were insultated/embarrassed by the French/ Belgium ? Manager. As a regular customer there who had spent thousands of Dollars there over the past years, I took the liberty to bring a bottle of special German wine to share with my friends and was... More

I'm used to budget food when I travel. A friend of mine travels to PP for business and she recommended this restaurant. There were a lot of business people there and the restaurant was full. The service was good and the owner even came over to say "hello". This was very nice as I don't think I would have looked... More

My now favorite restaurant in Phnom Penh. Fantastic service. Varied menu, incredible lunch deal. Delicious food. Contemporary decor.

Every time I go to Phnom Penh, I try to pay a visit to Open Wine. I have never been disapointed by the Food and wine. I usually have the Beef steak, and nice pudding. I also had "Cassoulet" wich is really cooked like in South West France. (Beans, Duck, sausage) excellent but a bit heavy....wash it off with a... More

Went with a friend for dinner. The place was almost empty - one 2 other tables were occupied. Had the foie gras with mushroom toast. It was ok except for the mushroom toast was soggy. We had the rack of lamb and the rib-eye. The lamb was cooked very well but had more fat than meat - too small a... More

So we needed a restaurant for the last night of our honeymoon and chose open wine. The overall decor was very good with a classy french style throughout. Entree of fried duck fois gras with mushroom toast was one of the dishes I have ever eaten! My main of atleast 500g of ribeye steak with potato gratin and béarnaise was... More

I've eaten here for the last two nights. The steaks are very good, cooked exactly as requested and reasonably priced. Thanks for a great meal and well worth a visit.

The is a very pleasant restaurant, not too large and with a good ambience. I came here with three friends, two of whom went for the very tempting lunch menu, the third a la carte (although not without some argument...). All three thoroughly enjoyed their meals and are looking forward to returning. I was not so fortunate. I ordered a... More

12 dollars to have starters meal and dessert for lunch. Very good food and service. However, way more expensive for dinner, but more choice.

My wife and I went here on our weekend visit to Phnom Penh. Since it was her birthday I was tasked with finding a nice French restaurant for us to celebrate. I emailed Open Wine to make the booking and I mentioned it was her birthday. When we arrived we were greeted by Philippe, one of the owners. Without me... More
