Très Bien! Wow amazing

Great service and amazing food! Went here for dinner after hearing a friend rave about it. The food was impeccable. The most authentic French restaurant in all of PP. Open Wine is a French-style bistro serving nice wines and, judged by my single course, elegant, well presented good food. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, good location behind the Palace.

This is the real stuff - a real French restaurant in terms of food, atmosphere and service. Food was excellent. The wines offered tend to go with the kind of food served. For example, no strong robust Australians that might overpower the French flavours. Staff very good and accommodating. Prices are high befitting the place and quality. However, the US$12... More

This is the second time I've eaten at the Open Wine. The first time I was hugely impressed with the quality of the cuisine, so I was interested to see if they managed to maintain that high level of excellence. They have. I recommend the veal.

Was invited for a business lunch. The website photos dont do justice to the location. An oasis of green in a busy Asian street of shops and small businesses. Walking in across the big verandah was like walking in to a quality restaurant in provincial France. Wooden floors, walls and nice ceilings combined with the quality table linen and setting.... We try to come back to PP from Shanghai once a year just to relax. It was the year 2008 when we were at Open Wine for the first time. Every time we go back, we are impressed with food, service, ambiente, and price. 2 days ago we just arrived in Phnom Penh beucase of CNY holiday. Guess what where... More

Two friends and I recently had lunch here with one of the menu set offers. Very good choices for all of the three courses, attentive staff who explained the different choices. A most pleasant and relaxing experience. I look forward to another delicious meal here soon.

You don't have to be on business to enjoy the three-course business lunch Monday to Friday for $12. And of course you don't need to eat three courses, maybe just the $7 main course but if I'd just chosen pork medallions I would have missed a delicious goat's cheese starter and an ambrosial creme caramel. There is a wide choice... More

Ok. Service was great. Had an onion soup (is full onion, so don't expect the beef strong flavoring), ravioli (pasta skin was nice, can use a little more stuffing), beef tar tar(my companion) said it was excellent, better than what he had in France, I had the recolette (however u spell it/vy gd).
