We arrived here without a reservation, turns out we were dropped at the wrong restaurant but what a stroke of luck. The staff welcomed us in and made us feel st home. This is a fantastic restaurant, good menu, well cooked and presented food, a wonderful wine range to accompany. We ordered steak, chicken and duck, This has the best... More

I was recommended this restaurant by Australian travelers that frequent the restaurant with glowing reviews and I was not disappointed. Finely prepared food a la Francais, good wine, and a chocolate dessert to kill for; all served properly in an elegant modernist room. We thought we received excellent value for money.

Third time in Phnom Penh and, of course, third time at Open Wine. We love this place. Went already twice for lunch and once for dinner. Fantastic French Cuisine, wish there where more places like that!

I was in PP in may and really enjoyed the lunch we had at Open Wine, so I thought I'd take my 11 Gold and Gourmet buddies there for a dinner. What a mistake that was! On a Friday night, it was just us in the place, which is never a good sign. We came in, and it felt like... More

I'm a big fan of the lunch specials! $10 for a 3-course menu with possibilities consisting of steaks, fish, and legit salads keep me coming back. I think it is called "Business Lunch" and like the name implies, it is a good place for meetings.

We are regular lunch time diners here as their specials are very good. It's a lovely French / international restaurant with a very friendly and attentive owner / manager, Frank. This time we went in the evening which is a different menu. The occasion was our wedding anniversary (more than 4 decades) so we wanted to enjoy. The meal, the... More

Came across this restaurant whilst walking around town and decided to stay for dinner. We hadn't read any reviews prior to dining so it was pot luck but the restaurant looked very attractive with it's outside settings and garden. The owner who looked after front of house was extremely efficient and polite and kept the wait staff on their toes.The... More

Was there for a quick lunch. Service was rather good, more so from the Belgium chef-owner, who made some delightful recommendations including his special of the day. He recommended a bottle of their house pouring wine which went down easily and great with the savory food. Affordable 10$ set lunch, nice ambience, amicable chef with great food to warm the... More

We had lunch here several times. The Local is located one block from the royal palace and serves good French food as well as some international dishes. The steaks and seafood can be recommended and salads are good too. Staff is very friendly!
