This was delicious, presentation was beautiful and the service was excellent. The bald server made some excellent suggestions. The only negative was that it was very loud.

Came here for lunch, while wandering behind the Royal Palace. Business menu was inspiring and tasty- and so was the food. Highly recommend. Staff friendly and helpful.

After reading reviews on this place decided to give it a try - and we were very happy with the meal we had. Yes this place is closer to the prices we spend back in Australia, but the service was impeccable, the French cuisine was absolutely delicious and the restaurant itself was beautiful! Only downfall was I was so full... More

New to Phnom Pen and not very sure where to go, Open Wine was recommended to me for some fine dining. I spent Christmas evening there with a few friends and we were all extremely happy with our choice. I started with foie gras, which was absolutely delicious. A very generous slice of foie gras, with some very nice sweet... More

Open Wine is one of me and my sister's favorite restaurants. The first time we went was for her birthday and we had such a great time. I got a lovely glass of French Sauvignon Blanc recommended by the very friendly owner. Along with our dessert course, we also each got a complementary glass of a delicious red dessert wine!... More

First of all, if you can go for lunch you will be pleasantly surprised at the number of choices off the prix fixe menu. And the BEST part is that you can choose to only have a "starter", or a main entree, or a dessert. But for a modest price you can have all three options. And within each option... More

The only reason I don't rate it higher is that it can be very noisy and crowded with business lunches. If you go as a couple or a small table you can potentially be overlooked by the wait staff at peak times.

We ate here twice and both times the food was very good and well prepared. The owner came a few times to chat and to tell us what was great on the menu. The toilet is very clean.
