Came here on a reccome ration from a friend we met in a hostel and read the reviews which seemed positive. The place was empty, shouldve walked straight back out. The guy that took our orders spoke not much English, they had no mango rice, no orange juice and no spring rolls. Got our drinks order wrong. Took over an... More

After a 7hr transit from Laos, we popped in here for a quick dinner. For $6 we had an amazing main course each and drinks. The food is fantastic. Service is a little slow, but well worth the wait. We came back for lunch the next day.

I must have eaten here 5-6 times during my 4 day stay in Phnom Penh. They have a menu out the front that you can peruse. This is wonderful because you can determine whether they have food you might like at the right price. The location is excellent; on a bustling street in the Golden Area where you have a... More

We had a big surprise with my friend wen we saw that this restaurant can combine: fresh food, excellent taste, veggie food, cheap price and good atmosphere! I tried lot of dishes I was never disappointed. It has been by many times cheaper than some not-so-good street food. You should run to it. ;)

Great vegetarian cafe serving fresh, healthy and tasty food. Great Khmer food selection and lovely fresh juices at amazing prices in a nice calm atmosphere. Nice spot to grab lunch and check emails.

We had breakfast almost every morning there. Food was nice at reasonable price (no other restaurants on the street serve western breakfast with this price). Drinks were nice but I don't recommend drinking cold coffee in Cambodia cause they ask you to add white sugar in it which never dissolves. The food were served too slowly. We waited half an... More

I agree with others that it's a lovely cheerful and quiet place, very clean and the staff are efficient. It's also amazing value. I've been there a couple of times and would defo recommend the veg noodles. I've also had the veg curry but this was rather tasteless. I loved the brown rice though! I'll be back to try out... More

Cafe Soleil is a cheerful little vegetarian restaurant. I persuaded my carnivorous husband to go, and he didn't miss meat for once. I had the fresh vegetable spring rolls and a hearty vegetable amok with brown rice, and he had the fresh vegetable stir fry with lemongrass and spicy basil, also served with brown rice. They were all delicious and... More
