We were a bit overwhelmed at which restaurant to choose when we arrived into Phnom Penh but as we wandered past Anjali a British fella gave us a thumbs up and told us his friend and recommended this place to him so that sold us. We had the chicken amok and khmer noodle soup, both decent servings and delicious!

The location of the restaurant was nice near the river and easy to find. Went in there by accident looking for a few cocktails at a few different bars before dinner and ended up staying for dinner because the food looked great. I was not dissappointed, ordering a Chicken Amok which was the best Amok out of the 5 Amoks... More

Located at the mekong riverfront, just opposite the outdoor playground. Fish amok was good and cheaper compared to neighboring restaurants. I had a good time people watching here!

The location was what attracted us the most. If you sit inside, there is less foot traffic and seems more relaxed. We enjoyed the young coconuts and fish amok. The noodle stir fry had a much too tangy red sauce but it was a decent size and had a variety of veggies. The menu is extensive and I always wonder... More

Anjali advertises Indian food and we were given the Indian menu, but they also have many Asian and Western dishes. I ordered a dish that had lemongrass in it and I believe I received the whole plant. Really too much lemongrass and onions. The chicken Marsala was brilliant red in color, but my friend said it was very good. The... More

We found it in the Lonely Planet, the tuktuk driver knew it and when we arrived the restaurant was already quite busy. There was a good atmosphere, mostly westerners, we were shown to a table immediately and thought the staff pleasant and efficient. I ordered Indian and my friend a vegetarian meal, the food came promptly, we found it delicious... More
