Description: FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Came here for all the hype of being one of the best bars in Phnom Penh. Sat on rooftop amazing view even for someone who doesn't like heights. Got a jug of mojito, thought great bar great cocktails right? Wrong weak lime juice, now I'm not a snob but didn't they even give mojito glasses. Luckily round the corner mansion... More

Probably a place to avoid. The staff is everything but friendly, and the prices are way over the top for Cambodia. The only (very limited) interest of this restaurant would be the view on the river. But there are many much better options for that.

Location and river view are their best features. Drinks and food are quite pricey for what you get. I made a mistake ordering their hamburger...never again. Cool French colonial style set up in terms of open space which has 2 levels, the view of the river from the top is beautiful. Parking is a major issue especially because they allow... More

We went here for happy hour sundowners on our last night in Cambodia. I'd seen a lot of bad reviews, but hey, it's gotta be done. On entering, there was an immediately relaxed vibe in the lovely mansion while old-school rock played. There are various seating types woven into the maze of expansive lounges and cozy backyard balconies. We were... More

We came back after several years and a wonderful experience but the place is a bit run down now and we were disappointed both by the quality of the food and the service as well as significantly steeper prices

First time in PNH and was recommended to try FCC and so my friend and II went there for dinner. The restaurant has a small entrance on the ground floor but upstairs is much bigger space with full size bar too! It has roof top bar on the top floor over looking the riverside. The foods were good, but a... More

My husband had told me about FCC and how he liked the place during his last visit to Phnom Penh. I was not disappointed when we finally got to go there. Good food, amazing view, friendly staff..

Great setting overlooking the rivers, great place to watch the world go by. The food is fine but nothing special, it's all about chilling in nice surroundings and enjoying the view, having a break from the general craziness of Phnom Penh.

We ate here with a large group on the rooftop. It was a return trip for me from many years ago. Much is the same and location near the river is fun for Teens/Adults. This is an ex-pat hangout of course, and prices are a little on the high side for Phnom Penh. Our group enjoyed it, but there are... More
