Description: FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Three of us went to the FCC for pre-dinner drinks and snacks around 6.00pm. The location is great next to the river and the view from the second floor balcony was wonderful. Watching the sunset from there would have been spectacular except it was raining. We had happy hour cocktails and a few glasses of wine with our snacks and... More

We were excited to try 'proper cocktails' but were sadly underwhelmed. The atmosphere on the roof terrace however was fantastic and the views and fact that it has conotations with foreign journalists during the Khmer Rouge's regime makes it an enticing place to visit.

FCC is a must place to dine in Phnom phen....with a bit of history attached to this place , it feels good to have at least one dinner or drink here. It's right on the river so offers good view from each floor. We ordered a mix of dishes some Khmer and some western dishes ...all tasted good. The staff... More

great view, great food, great cocktails.....what else could you want on a balmy night in Phnom Penh. We loved the vibe, and the vintage decor, and you couldn't fault the staff....When I next visit Cambodia I would definitely go back for a " Ginger Rogers", that cocktail was divine....

I think this place used to be a great venue for Press to gather, back in the day. But even now, the food is very good, and the service is excellent. Though, I find Cambodian service to be excellent across the board. Ambience is great. Seating is pretty much all outdoors, and if you're ok with the humidity of the... More

Invited to try the Trial Sunday Roast, it was simply delicious! The dessert was also awesome. Hope this Sunday roast becomes a regular dish on the weekends.

Great place to end the royal palace tour, the FCC offers a rooftop bar overlooking the river. 2 for 1 happy hour is at 5-7 and we enjoyed some their cocktails while watching the busy streets plus avoiding a storm. All cocktails were tasty, their specials with chili and pepper infused vodka packed some heat. cocktails were priced around $5.

Expensive and not that good. Skip this place. We tried breakfast and dinner, breakfast was adequate and dinner was only okay and pricey

Sometimes it all comes together: sitting at the balcony watching the tropical rain pour down, our children are perfectly cute (for once), perfect spicey food, really nice red wine and Marvin Gaye on the speakers. What more can you ask for? We arrived at 5 p.m. for diner. Quite early but we could still pick a table with a view... More

Had dinner there with the family and the FCC is at a great location on the river in the city of Phnom Penh. The menu is very international and has some local fare as well. Ensure you go all the way to the top of the building as the best view is from the rooftop bar of the restaurant over... More
