Description: FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Over-priced and over-rated. Glass of water before lunch has dirt-like pieces floating in bottom. This was my third visit over five years and will most likely be last. No problems with waiting staff but food leaves so much to be desired.

I love this place, I visit it every time I go to Cambodia. I love the history of the building, the view, the excellent staff. The coffee and the meals are consistently good. The drinks are great. Sure it is expensive by Cambodian standards, but who doesn't need a treat everyone and then. I have had breakfast there last time... More

Sure, we went there just few moments before kitchen was closing, but there were others still dining too. Waiter was attentive first to get the orders in, but after that the service stopped. Menu was expensive in Phnom Penh scale, and the food we had in front of us wasn't hot (ate stake) and tasted not much of anything. Like... More

Overpriced, no atmosphere and below average food. Was seriously disappointed with this over rated tourist trap

Burgers are gorgeous and the cocktails are delicious which are two of the main things to be fair! Service was hysterical, we ended up in stitches trying to order as the staff are all spaced out and not at all on the same wave length. Took an age to get the bill but a fantastic night, not laughed so much... More

It was great to sit and soak up the history in the FCC . We had not planned to stay for dinner but the atmosphere and ambience changed that. The meals were ok plenty of tapa type meals which were ok but not as good as we had at other cafés. Well worth a visit.

Lovely building located at the Quay with good views for top 2 levels. Didn't eat here but had sunset happy hour drinks twice. Very relaxing setting overlooking the crazy rush hour traffic below. A must visit when in PP

Walked straight in for lunch. Enjoyed 3 dishes between 2 people - all of them were ok. Really enjoyed the fresh lime juice. Service was quick & efficient but lacked warmth

Just what you would expect from a colonial foreign correspondents club ! Imagine the stories being typed up in the bar during war torn times . A step back in time .great food from a good varied menu great cocktails and a splendid view over the river .Soak it up!

beautiful location to see the river drinking something and eating a snack or pizza ( very thin and crispy). A good choice for a fast break
