FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Overpriced and overrated

Great location but the place in my opinion is way overpriced for Cambodia and the menu is not that great. But it is a tourist attraction. The restaurant is on the second floor with no elevator. There are better options in the city

With a little imagination I was in 1970's thinking what it would have been like when the FCC was the congregating centre for international news correspondents. The photos on the walls, the river view and atmosphere are all great. The most expensive meal we had in Cambodia, not expensive by western comparison, and it was very enjoyable, but the table... Come on FCC, you used to be a great place to go for a drink and a meal. Restaurant service is currently shockingly bad, staff all spend more time playing on their mobile phones than paying any attention to customers.

I'm not sure many of the younger reviewers understand the historical significance of the FCC. We found ourselves however, somewhat transported back to the early 70's imagining what the scene was like when the FCC was the congregating center for many news correspondents and international press corps. The displays of photos on the walls, the river view and atmosphere are... More

Waited for 30mins for a drinks order to be taken walked out in the end. The decor is very run down and very tired.

The food here seems way overpriced whether judged on quality or quantity. The whole environment here is really about Westerners who wannabe Khmei. Smart office ngos peeps who never went outside Phnom Pehn. A "nice little" enclave come and pretend you aren't in a desperately poor country

This place is trading off a reputation which no longer exists. It's tired, not particularly clean, not at all exciting and the drinks are average. Give it a miss!

Great cocktails and view. The prawn shooters were one of the best things I've ever eaten. Had several great cocktails there and met lots of other travellers while sitting on the terraces admiring the view

Really nice to see, lots of war photos. Great cocktails especially during happy hour when they are $5 for 2 (4-8pm) . There is a nice roof terraces. I didnt eat there but the food looked good.

Stopped by for a drink at the famous FCC. After climbing to the roof top and pushing our way in to find a seat at the ledge. Service is slow and somewhat chaotic at sunset. It is legend as the hang out for foreign correspondents and is right on the river and you can watch all the activities on the... More
