FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

A fun place for drinks!

We had drinks on the terrace here a few times on our trip. A great spot to take in the river view and enjoy the Cambodian sunset. Would certainly recommend popping by for Happy Hour... It can get busy however and service can be slow. Will happily return!

Visiting the FCC in Phnom Penh has always been one of our favorite eating nights out. The view overlooks the Mekong River and at night the city is lighted and very picturesque. Try the Fish Amok if you haven't had it while in Cambodia, it's worth the trip! We were with a large group and they seated us in adjacent... More

This is my favorite place in Phnom Penh! Theres still an aura of the old times when journalists went there to trade experiences and this make this place charming. The food is amazing, the drinks are exquisite and the treatment is excellent. My favorite place in PP.

Do visit for a cocktail or a bite to eat. We found the history of this place fascinating. The walls are covered with photos and cuttings.

Having a drink at the FCC was something I wanted to tick off the bucket list and it wasn't disappointing. What a great spot for a drink overlooking the river. Love the original Al Rockoff photos on the stair case on the way up. Not cheap but you wouldn't expect it to be.

The FCC is an institution and still has a ton of atmosphere and charm. The food is good (but not incredible), but the drinks overlooking the river make it a worthwhile place to while an evening away. I had dinner here as part of a dinner-and-show package with the Plae Pakaa dance show (on the Museum Grounds just a couple... More

We went twicw for drinks after dinner. A great room, good views, amazing photograhs on the wall. Carries an atmosphere of the history of the place (or is that the gin talking). Worth a visit. The pool table is wonky though....

It's been said already, it's a required nostalgia Trip, where you order a Hapoy Hour cocktail or two and perch by the open window for people watching and appreciating that wonderful riverfront view. We ordered entrees rather than a full meal, the spring rolls were fine and the tempura prawn shots fun. The photographs displayed around the walls were incredibly... More

Lovely for late afternoon cocktails, nice ambiance, seated by the balcony looking along riverside pondering the days travels. Very enjoyable and relaxing. I have not eaten here but the food looked well presented.
