FCC Phnom Penh Restaurant and Bar - Casual open-air dining on the MekongWith a passion for fusion cuisine, FCC group chef has created the FCC menu, introducing generous flourishes of traditional Khmer flavors spiked with funky French influences. While the menu is still built on FCC main-stays such as beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwhiches, and wood-fired pizzas, the heart of the menu remains a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours. The BarThe "F", as those know to frequent the big horseshoe bar call it, has served stiff drinks, camaraderie and comfort to a storied cast of journalists and diplomats, movie stars and intrepid travellers since 1993.Back then, when The "F" first opened its doors, the bar gave shelter from the gritty and tense streets of the capital, where an uneasy peace was just taking hold. Writers and their sources traded secrets in the shadows. Diplomats drank their per diems, swapped social strategies and spilled their martinis.Today, the bar still serves a stiff extra-dry, and the journos still pass through on the great hunt. The tension is gone. But there's still plenty of action, and the liquor, on occasion, still gets spilled.Open Daily 7:00 a.m. - MidnightHappy Hour 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Nothing amazing

Was a bit disappointed by this place, as it came so highly recommended by the guide book. The drinks were ok, but quite expensive, although the view was nice.

I ate three courses and still didn't feel full here, but that probably says as much about my appetite as it does about the miniscule size of my main. It was tasty so if your a light eater then go for it. There is, however, cheaper, bigger and tastier options on the same street.

Great cocktails with a lovely view of the river! Go there during afternoon/happy hour and enjoy the drinks from the roof top terrace! Did not try the food but drinks where excellent - try the Hemingway Daiquery!

This restaurant is one of my favorite places to hang out on the riverside. The kitchen does a pretty good job with western fare cuisine. It's a bit overpriced, but that's usually the case with Western restaurants in Phnom Penh. The atmosphere is great as many seats offer a river view. The restaurant is very spacious and offer multiple pool... More

I loved this bar. You can sit on the roof top and watch the sun set and the boats on the river. Drinks etc are more expensive but worth it to go somewhere nice.

This place is great- I've been coming here since 2003 and never been disappointed, although I will say that the cocktails during Happy Hour did seem rather light on alcohol last time but hey...the first floor has seating at the back that looks out over the National Museum( once an atmospheric silhouette against the darkening sky, now marred by a... Great place to watch the world go by, great place to have a drink and relax, great place to meet and chat with other tourist's! Forget the food over priced and very bland. You will not see a lot of locals there, like expats, not that kind of place, it does have a lot of history and great views!

located on the river front this roof top place has views (if you can get a seat on the balcony.)up and down the Tonle river and where it meets the Mekong. Two for one cocktails make this a great afterwork spot or a place to unwind after dodging cars and tuktuks all day. Dont bother with the food menu though... More

Large restaurant and bar that is busy, but not too crowded on the two occasions we have been there. The cocktails are great and the wide choice of good quality Cambodian and Western food a welcome change for those with kids that can't get used to curries just yet. Good website as well, you can see the menu online.
