Love the food, love the atmosphere

I really enjoyed my experience at this place. First off, if you are looking for this restaurant, it is hidden in the most unexpected location. I think this is going to be on the top of our list when we would like to go out for a steak in Phnom Penh. They had so much flavor and were cooked to perfection. Started off with one of the salads along with the snails appetizer. The snails are a bit out of the box for us, but... More

Went here for a friends birthday dinner. Good thing we got a reservation since it was pretty packed that night if memory serves me correctly. You get a real classy vibe from this place. It's upscale for sure. Valet parking, red carpet, it's one of the finer establishments in Phnom Penh. The restaurant has a nice decor reminding me of... More

Absolutely amazing - will be my #1 choice if I want to celebrate an anniversary or special occasion. Seared Foie Gras with Mango - This is omg amazing. The foie gras was HUGE. This is my first time having such a big piece of foie gras in a restaurant and it was extremely satisfying. French Onion soup - Yum!! Love... More

Meal fantastic , service brilliant, staff knew 20 minutes before I went to pay the bill that their credit card machine was having issues , yet they stalled me for 20 minutes & tried 2 of my credit cards , then asked me to use the ATM out the front to withdraw cash to pay, this was offline , so... Je suis très triste que j'ai oublié mes français mais Le Topaz c'est incroyable. Anyways, two years of French and that's all I can come up with... Moving on. If you don't have time to fly the love of your life over to Paris for a great French experience, worry not, just take her to Topaz. The wine list is... More

Same owner as Malis and this high end restaurant serves one of the best culinary treats. Topaz has a wide selection of wine to go along your plated menu. Experience a cozy ambience perfect for dinner date.

If you are a fan lamb dishes, you'll love Topaz. I have been there several times and their cuisine has been uniformly delicious, but I always come back for the lamb. The lunch menu is good value. I also appreciate the tranquil atmosphere. The decor is refined and glass walls provide a view of a peaceful pond. The staff is... More

First, yes it is expensive. Our meal for two including tip was just a shade under $200. But like with others, it is not that hard to know in advance what you are getting into when you come here. So while I get price complaints sometimes, there is full disclosure here, so saying it is "too expensive" is really not... More

Honestly, if it wasn't so darn expensive I would be screaming 5 stars for this place. But based on the price, I would consider this place a bit of a treat. Great spot to grab a wine and a light meal, but don't go hungry for meat. Otherwise you will drop $150 like we did. The thing that made me... More
