The five star is for a combination of food, service, surprising availability at 7pm and just all around great experience. Price-wise, hmm, I mean it really depends on your expectations. All the other reviews have covered how great the food was so not gonna elaborate too much here. The dress code... it is classy but it's not the red carpet... More

We went to Topaz to have a good dinner but it was not good. It was excellent. The food presentation was original and clearly created by a chef who cares. Staff was always available without being intrusive or disturbing and catered to all our wishes. Can highly recommend it.

Definitely the best place to eat in Phnom Penh, and yes, might not be the cheapest one but the food really rewarding, their tasteful steak as well as luxury ambiance.

What a wonderful romantic restaurant! Helped make my night out one of the best dates I've had in a loooong time. :) Bear with me, I am going to relive this fantastic experience as I write about it and I know it will probably be a bit lengthy. My husband picked this place because it was on a top list... More

If you want to avoid eating Khmer in Cambodia go to Topaz. It is not that the food is bad, it is quite good actually, though the portion are minimal and the price comparable to a Parisian restaurant which in Phnom Penh is rather absurd, but to be in Asia eating French when you are French seems to me weird,... My family and I went here on a Friday evening after searching online for phnom penh french restaurants and we are so glad we picked this restaurant. The food is phenomenal and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was busy but the staff were attentive and the pace of the meal was relaxing and enjoyable. The menu has... More

Only went there once for a christmas dinner and very positively surprised. We ordered the special menu with unlimited Moet. The atmosphere was nice, relaxing and romantic with a little bit of holiday feel. The people were nice and fast although it was fully booked. The staff was nice and efficient. Would go back there for special occasions only since... More

I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday and chanced upon Topaz on TripAdvisor. As it turned out, the quality of the food and the service were beyond our expectations. We ordered lobster soup, which I absolutely loved, and home made foie gras. We then had the roasted lamb and Seafood Spaghetti for main course. Soooo satisfying. And... More

First of all, the food has a small portion. We ordered seafood spaghetti and the waiter told us it was a main size. But when it came out it was actually small. Also it's a bit overprice for what it is. Our bill was $148 USD including 2 mains and two entrees plus 1 drink and a juice. Comparing to... More

Before your visit, I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. The restaurant is romantic and gorgeous, so naturally it fills up incredibly fast. Sadly, my boyfriend and I were seated outside on their patio because there were no more seats inside. I was a little bummed out, but the ambiance outside is quite nice too. We started with their...
