Great dinner good atmosphere

My wife and I dined here for dinner and found the food and staff great. Music is pretty funky as are the small plates that we ordered. Grilled snapped with mash and BoK choy were my favourites. 3 beers 2 cocktails and 5 dishes $61 great value

Having lived in Phnom Penh some years ago, this was one of my go-to restaurants when I felt like a touch of something interesting but less Khmer. In the past it never failed to live up to its good standards. Sadly, it seems those days have gone. Overall, the meal was quite lack-lustre with a few of the previous stars... More

The Metro Cafe used to be my favourite restaurant/bar in Phnom Penh. In fact, over the years I have written a few glowing reviews. My last visit, however, was disappointing. Although it was a bust Friday night, there was hardly any staff, making service quite slow. Even the food was not as good as before - two of their previous... More

Great Lunch/Brunch menu. We met some friends with a young baby and the waitresses took it in turns to look after the little one to let his parents enjoy their food. Nice, polite service. I had a Pate & Brie sandwich and my husband ordered the Spinach Benedict and both went down a treat. We would definitely go back again.

Meet colleagues for drinks and dinner. Sat outside, thing started well but just seemed to go downhill. The service here in the past has been hit and miss but one young lady was particularly obnoxious, my female colleague asked for cigarettes and the waitress barked "wait" we where all stunned.. We waited and nothing. We asked again.. We did not... More

This French-style bistro could easily have been in Paris, judging by the decor and fittings. Most of the clientele were actually just drinking but we had a first rate dinner here. Most of the menu was western, though there were Khmer options. We, unusually, ate western with a lamb shank at US$14 and roast chicken at US$9. The food quality... More

How ever runs this place, has a very good eye on what is Quality and what his clientele want. A great place to meet for business or just to take the family for an evening meal. Food is good and so are the drinks. It is Western prices, but western quality too.

Metro is a stylish modern bar & restaurant with great waitresses who serve a large menu of cocktails (& other drinks), good food at reasonable prices (for an up-market Phnom Penh establishment) e.g. a main of spicy pork ribs for about $9 and the music is good too! It's well located right on the riverside and you can enjoy sitting... More

Nice spot to stop for a cocktail and people watch along the Quay. There's a nice outside area to the side. Pricier than other establishments nearby but good drinks and attentive services.
